This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 7th floorĀ is perfect for families and small groups wanting elbow room and convenience while on vacation. This spaciousĀ condo features a large balcony, living and dining room areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer for your convenience!

The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath.Ā  There is a queen bed in the first guest bedroom and two twins in the 2nd guest room. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit sleeps 8.Ā

Great Condo and Location

The Condo was very clean and spacious. Great view of the beach and city. Walking to the beach was easy with quick access. Walking distance to great restaurants. Easy to book and reasonable priced. We had a great time.

Softball Tournament

Was a perfect location. Place was not clean at all. Had to clean ourselves before we could let our toddler down on ground. Very outdated but was fine since we were there for the beach. We would stay again.

Pretty Good Stay

The condo was just what was advertised on the website. The water pressure in the shower was really low and needs to be checked. They provided fans which we loved. Location is in the middle of everything no long drives needed for anything. 2 balconies was really nice and gave extra room. Will be back

Great location

Loved the location!! The unit itself was worn down needs to be freshened up. Cleaning crew could have been a little better we had to go behind them. We were stuck inside our whole visit due to a hurricane. The rooms accommodated our family well. The leasing company was okay I struggled with them first getting response before our visit and while we were there just between a ā€œpandemicā€ and hurricane they were just overwhelmed. Overall it was okay.

The condo was clean and served our purpose for a place to stay well. The balconies provide a nice view of the ocean and Santa Rosa Blvd. Several restaurants and a convenience store are within walking distance. The beach and pool are easily accessible and there are umbrellas and chairs for rent on the beach. Having said that, I would say that the reviewer rating of 7.0 that was on the VRBO website was a fairly accurate assessment of the property. The condo, while clean, could be described as spartan. The decor was lacking and the condo could use updating. There was some ceiling mold in the main bath and the toilet would "hang" when flushed. Was it a luxury condo? No. Would I stay there again? Absolutely. The management host company, RealJoy, was very responsive and helpful and we had no problems with codes or check in. For the price, location, and the quality of helpful responsive host, I would recommend this condo. If you choose to rent, just know what you are getting. It is quite sufficient, but a 7/10 is an accurate rating.

Great place, just dirty

Great location, great layout. It's a little dated, but we didn't really mind a throwback stove. However, it was dirty. My 1yo was filthy after crawling around for the first 10 minutes we were there. I'm talking BLACK knees. We had to go buy mopping supplies bc just walking around was gross. The hall bathtub is so clogged that you're ankle deep after a shower. These things kind of made it feel yucky to be there. With just slightly more care, this place would have been perfect.

The master bathroom needs new toilet tank kit, cheap fix, took toilet over 30 min to refill tank after flushing. Beds were horrible, super cheap and uncomfortable. Obvious owner is not taking care of the unit. I Way overpaid for this unit.

Nice & Convenient!

The checkin/out process was seamless. The furnishings were a bit dated. Beds were not comfortable at all which made for disappointing nights after days on the beach. Spa code did not work (several other guestsā€™ codes didnā€™t either). Curtains and/or blinds are needed in the secondary bedroom that faces the outside corridor. ā€œTelevisionā€ in the master bedroom was too smallā€”. it was more of a computer monitor. The unit overall was okay and conveniently located. I would recommend to others.

Loved the layout and the roominess of the accommodations. As a family we were able to watch a show together, eat meals together and hangout - just what we were looking for. Clean unit and Beautiful pool and beach area. Fitness center was out of order which was a bummer. Overall a great place to stay!

I Do NOT suggest renting this property

The property cleanliness is substandard from what is described and the property needs major work and upgrading. There were roaches mostly in the kitchen. The beds need to be replaced because the mattresses are flimsy and have sustained so much wear and tear that they are sunken. The shower door fell of the track when I opened the shower. One bedroom has not TV and the master tv is a 12 inch . Property management did NOT answer the phone and only responds via email/text...my opinion THIS IS NOT A GOOD/LUXURIOUS OR COMFORTABLE RENTAL

It was OK

It was not extremely clean. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper and 2 dishwasher detergents for a 5 day stay. Only 1 elevator working and it was scary and didnā€™t work the whole time.

Disappointed

The pictures online are very deceiving. It took multiple attempts every time to get the key code to unlock the door. Bedroom with queen bed had no curtains and the blinds didnā€™t work. Outlet was falling out of the wall. Master bedroom had nails on wall with no picture and a tiny TV. Master bath toilet kept running and the shower door was broken. TV in the living room was crooked, walls were dirty. Cabinets in the kitchen didnā€™t shut. No actual table or matching furniture on balcony. Only had a few rolls of toilet paper in the entire condo. The location is good and the beach is beautiful, but the condo was a let down and we could have rented something much nicer for the amount of money we spent. The entire condo needs renovated and updated especially for the amount of money it costs to rent it.

Great time! Dirty unit...

Iā€™ll start with the positives. Location was great! I will definitely stay at Sea Oats again! Over all property was wonderful! Now the unit... plenty big enough. I loved the balconyā€™s. Even though it wasnā€™t a direct ocean view we still enjoyed our time out there. Also, the beds slept REALLY WELL! We were well rested for sure! Ok. Here goes.... NASTY. Not clean at all. We didnā€™t even want to sit on the furniture! Furniture was old rickety and dingy. Coffee table is broken. Outdoor furniture was meh. No trash cans in the bathrooms. It wasnā€™t equipped for anything. You must bring everything! Few pots and pans. Coffee cups the size of tea cups. No Keurig (not a big deal just had to buy different coffee) This is the WORST unit Iā€™ve EVER stayed in and I wonā€™t VRBO again. Also, there is a code to get into the pool bathroom which wouldnā€™t be a problem IF I KNEW THE CODE! I had to ask someone else at the pool! Thank goodness they were nice enough to give it to me or it would have been a mess out there!
