Stay in our Beautiful Spacious Home with private pool, 3 Bdrm & 2 full baths, one with outside entrance. The master bedroom with its luxury bath and walk in closet has separate sliding doors to the pool deck. A guest room with a queen bed and large closet is light and airy. The 2nd guest room is beautifully decorated with 2 twin beds and large TV for movies or games. The updated kitchen has all new Stainless Steel appliances. Living room/media room sofa has room for plenty to fit comfortably while looking out the large sliding doors to the heated Pool area, or watching shows on a 75” TV or listening to music.

We absolutely enjoyed our vacation in Regina's house. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We especially loved the outdoor area, where we spent most of our time. The interior was beautiful and spotless. There was plenty of beach equipment available, which we really appreciated.Regina was very supportive and always available if we had needed anything—but everything was already spot on, so there was no need. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy. Definitely a place we would love to come back to!

The house was clean and well stocked. There were a couple of problems at the beginning, but the owner took care of them quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

Second to None!

Our month on Tigertail Beach was wonderful. Regina and Henry were perfect hosts. The house was immaculate, well stocked and communication was clear. Kudos for your organization. I highly recommend this property.

February 2025 Marco Island Visit

Over the past several years, we have stayed at perhaps a couple dozen vacation homes. Our three-week stay at Regina’s Marco Island home near Tiger Tail Beach was by far the best yet. This is a very well equipped, spotlessly clean vacation home.The location was not just near the beach, but was a convenient walking distance to many of Marco Island’s great restaurants, shopping, and the Wednesday’s Farmers’ Market. The house is very well equipped. The heated pool is maintained at a comfortable 85 degrees. Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a TV and comfortable bedding. The pool area faces north, so throughout the day you can find shade or sun while in the pool. The home is located in a residential neighborhood on a very quiet street with little traffic.Regina is an excellent host who made sure our visit was enjoyable.In a 5-point basis, we grade the rental a 5.0. We have already booked it again for next year.

Wonderful

We have been visiting Marco for over 20 years. This by far was the CLEANEST and well maintained property that we have had the pleasure in staying in. Regina was very nice to work with, A very quiet neighborhood and close to Tigertail Beach. HIGHLY Recommend!!! Alan

Fabulous Stay in Beautiful Home Near Tigertail Beach

Fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious private home. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bedrooms are well-appointed. The pool area is so relaxing and private. Very quiet neighborhood. Regina is a sweetheart and so easy to work with. My family would definitely stay here again.

Great communication with the owner, VRBO was not as accommodating. House had everything that was needed for a vacation. The only minor downfall was the size and comfort of the beds.

Very comfortable and clean!

The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need, beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and lanai area. We walked every morning through the neighborhoods and enjoyed the many nearby restaurants, loved Nacho Mamas and CJ’s at the Esplanade. Regina was great to work with and promptly answered any questions we had. Would definitely rent this house again.

Delightful home for a Florida vacation

Wonderful home to spend a week in Florida in. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to the beach. Regina was so helpful and responsive to all our questions. The house was comfortable and well kept and exceeded our expectations. Will will definitely be back to this home.

Simply beautiful....definitely a 5 star property.

What a beautiful home!!!! I was extremely happy as this property far exceeded my expectation. Imagine a fancy five star resort with your own condo and you will have a true visual of this home. The front yard boast well manicured lawn, the huge backyard is filled with garden pebbles and equipped with a huge barbecue bar. The back patio is simply delightful and very relaxing with it's covered pool, lounge chairs and calming reading area....MY FAMILY AND I SIMPLY LOVED IT!!! Inside the home (note I said home not house) is immaculate and has everything to make your stay enjoyable. The bonus to this home is the owner Regina....a beautiful and warm person who contacted me before my arrival and upon arrival to ensure my family was comfortable. It made our visit to the beautiful Marco Island an event we will never forget. Definitely recommend this property without hesitations or reservations. Thank you Regina!!

Everything was very nice the beds were comfortable and the outdoor sitting are was great. We enjoyed our stay on Marco and the house was in a great location close to the beach and not too far from the Main Street.

Lovely place to vacation!

Our month stay went by so quickly. The home was beautiful and well equipped for anything you wanted to do. The pool was a great place to hang out. Also a couple of lovely beaches nearby. Lots of good restaurants and a kitchen with all the amenities. Grocery stores and churches nearby. Loved walking to Tigertail Beach early in the morning. Although for swimming we preferred the other two beaches.. We had an amazing time.

We had a wonderful week in the home, it was clean, very well kept and cozy. The pool area was very nice, perfect for coffee in the morning, lunch by the pool and after dinner swims! Our only complaint would be the neighbor, he called the owner to complain that the children were too loud, however they were two years playing in a pool, during the day, and by no means were they loud beyond appropriate, it was pretty silly to expect two year olds to whisper in a pool because of a cranky neighbor. The home itself it great though!!

Great place to stay and enjoy a family vacation!

Our family of 4 had a great stay here while vacationing in Marco Island. The location was very central to all of our activities. The house was equipped with the things we needed. The beds were very comfortable which can be difficult to find in a rental. We had the space to spread out and even have friends over to hang out. We would highly recommend this rental. Booking was quick and easy as well. Great place to stay for sure!

Beautiful, well-equipped home!!!

We were there for 2 weeks. The house is beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures represented it. It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Close to nice restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and shopping. Tiger tail beach is just a short bike ride away. It has a lagoon that offers rental equipment for those interested. We preferred to drive a short distance to Crescent Beach and South Beach. But days spent at the house relaxing at the pool and hot tub were fabulous. We highly recommend.

The beauty of this home is it's new and clean space. Each room is appointed with spacious closets and lots of room to spread out. The beautiful tile floors are throughout the entire home. Free of personal clutter and nicely decorated. The newly painted showroom floor of the 2 car garage is stocked with beach chairs and bicycles for your use. The private pool and patio is completed with dining for 9, lounge chairs, new BBQ, and spacious area for sunbathing.
