This home is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was the perfect temp! We had 9 in our group and it had everything that we needed. It was nice to have a table on the patio and upstairs that fit all of us for family dinners. The hot tub was used every night!

The house was spacious, great for entertaining others. Right on the channel about 20 boat drive(no wake) from the gulf. Walking distance from nightly live music, restaurants and boat launch.

Great house. Great location

This house was probably the best rental I’ve every stayed in. It’s very comfortable with lots of different spaces to hang out. The location is awesome with the cape marina around the corner. On a boat ride it’s just a short distance to get out of the canals. The pool and hot tub and amazing. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful spacious property

I would definately stay here again. The home is as shown in the pictures and more. The bedrooms are spacious and having two living rooms was great to give the couples some time apart to relax when needed. The kitchen is gorgeous with plenty of space. Everything you need is ay the home. Also it is in a great location that is quiet yet close enough to anything you need. We plan to return.

Ice maker

We had a pleasant 3 week vacation. House was very nice. Plenty of steps up and down the stairs. The repair guy tried for 3 weeks to fix the ice maker in the fridge, never did work. Lots of tiles by pool are loose. Just letting you know.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time here down in Cape Coral. We found that we didn't have to bring half the things that we did because the house already had them. Very well stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Tons and tons of towels. Two sets of washing machines and dryers so we could keep our stuff clean. The location was excellent a very short trip down the canal to get out to the gulf. The pool area and the outside kitchen were fantastic and we spent most of our time down there. We will definitely be staying here again

Great home, great location

We brought our boat down and the homes dock was perfect to park it. The location was perfect! Close to the launch point, fuel station and a quick ride to Sanibel Island. Home was clean, spacious and well set up with everything we needed. It was great to see cape Coral recovering from Ian as many restaurants and points of interest were open and the beaches were great. Kids loved the pool and i loved grilling in the outdoor kitchen. We comfortably watched movies at night in the spacious family room. The extra freezer and fridge downstairs was a godsend for all of us and our supplies! We would stay there again for sure!

Bday week

Love the place and the location. Just wasn’t happy with being woken up during our stay by construction being done right next door to the house. Should had been informed about that when we where booking. Also on our final day there we couldn’t enjoy our lunch and dinner because there was a roofing crew working on the roof of house banging away while where trying to eat in peace. Don’t know why they just didn’t wait until we checked out the next morning.

House is exactly as expected, very spacous for 2 families with six kids combined, and a nana!

No troubles at all! Everything eas as good if not better than expected, house was gorgeous,well maintained, plenty to do just at home, swimming kayak canoe,fishing,hot tub. Or cooking at the outdoor barbeque or well stocked indoor kitchen e erything you could need is there. My only oncern would be to have some cleaning products on hand to clean up the everyday messes one makes in a home so we bought our own need a broom or swiffer! Otherwise the home is exceptional and would rent there again!

Less than expected from a VRBO rental.

This is the first VRBO property I have rented and felt it should have been more. The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired, all the out door furnishings were made of wood with no cushions, the internet and 6 TV's did not work due to a bad Router, the cooler in the out door kitchen did not work, ice maker and cold water in the kitchen refrigerator was broken, and I could go on.The representative from Roelens helped by providing us with 1 bag of ice and rabbit ears for one TV. She never corrected any of our issues. Not acceptable!

House was nice but it did need a few things

House was nice location great, however it had no kitchen towels whatsoever and we were not told the hot tub wasn't working and picked this property because it had a separate hot tub for my husband's back. When I called to question it the only thing they did was to take off the hot tub fee!! (which they shouldn't have even charged me because I didn't have a hot tub)

Unfortunately, with COVID all of the repair companies have parts on back order. The home owner has purchased a brand new hot tub. (Unfortunately is on back order as well) We were happy to refund the hot tub fee and the new one will be here the first week of March. Home in need of updating

Overall we were very disappointed with the property. Seeing the property up close vs. the photos on the website tell different stories. Hot tub never worked even though we were charged for having it at the property. The pool heater was not on, took almost two days to warm the water to where it could be used. The property in the back gets very little sun, or at least during the last week of December it received very little. If you're planning to go to the beaches during the day, this house is not at all convenient to FMB or Sanibel Island. Minimun 30 minute drives to where all the action is. There were a few places within walking distance for dinner/drinks, but unless you have a boat, the canal system makes transportation by car lengthy. Minor inconveniences like burnt out light bulbs, pavers around the pool that are mostly loose and shifting below your feet. Beds were very old and noisy. The ice machine in the refridgerator did not work. Just a dated home. Just felt after seeing it, we would have been much better for the money spent to be closer to the beaches.

Thank you for your feedback Joel. However, we must clarify the claims made: Hot Tub: The hot tub was fully functional during your stay. No issues were reported with it, and it was available for use as described. Pool Heater: The pool heater was set to the correct temperature, and no delays occurred in its operation. Weather conditions can affect the rate at which the pool warms, but it was fully functional. Location: The property is situated in a quiet, desirable location, and while not directly on the beach, it is conveniently located to nearby attractions. Drive times to the beaches are typical for this area. Property Condition: The home is regularly maintained, and there were no reported issues with light bulbs, pavers, or general condition during your stay. Beds and Appliances: The beds are in excellent condition, and the refrigerator, including the ice maker, is functioning properly. Awesome vacation!!

We searched and searched for the right house to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary & multiple special events with some of our great friends. It was down to 5, then 3 & they were all so nice but we decided on Villa Aarte!!! An added bonus with Aarte, it had a hot tub, which sealed the deal as my husband has a bad back and that was going to really be helpful to him. Villa Aarte was beautiful & perfect for us and our guests. The decor was exquisite and the location & views were amazing! The house was clean, well-equipped & ready for our stay upon arrival. The outdoor entertainment space was beautiful & being on the canal we were able to fish, catch some rays & just RELAX! Again, PERFECT! All the beds were very comfortable and OMG the five recliners in the main living space, were extremely comfortable.(I would love to know what brand they are). They absorbed you with comfort! We would highly recommend Villa Aarte to others & of course, we'd love to stay there again. SUGGESTIONS: Hot tub instructions should be placed close to the hot tub where guests can see them. We did not find them until the last day. Hot tub needed service as it would not heat. Our Property manager, Iris, who was so helpful, put a call in for service, but no one ever came and therefore, my hubby never got to use. Multiple TV remotes made difficult for navigating. Perhaps labeling remotes & instructions would be helpful. An electric griddle would be nice to add to the kitchen as entertaining a large crowd, it would ease prepping especially breakfasts. Other than these little things, VILLA AARTE WAS PERFECT! & EVERYONE ENJOYED THEIR STAY WITH US AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME!

I will not repeat my stay. Nice location, not well maintained or managed

I won't stay here again: The location of the property was great, close to the marina, plenty of activities, close to grocery, gas, and convenience stores. That's the good news: The property had some serious issues which crushed the vacation spirit: - When we contact the site manager, she had maintenance come over (good response by maintenance person - visited and inspected plumbing issues, but did not repair. Required additional follow-up) and stated that she was coming over to see the reported issues - no show by the property manager. Recommend improving communication and follow-up on commitment. PLEASE REPAIR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS BEFORE Renting this Property again: - the downstairs shower was non-functional. After calling the property manager repairs were made 4 days into our stay. - the downstairs bedroom adjacent to the non-functional shower had a ceiling leak into the overhead light which was dripping on the bed making the room unusable for the duration of our stay. Repairs not made. - the kitchen sink had a substantial leak at the faucet which had been leaking for some time - probably the cause for the bedroom ceiling leak. Some smaller annoyance issues: - The pool (not the hot tub) was set at 104F, couldn't get the pool to a comfortable setting. - late check in due to housekeeping delay, delayed over an hour getting into the property. - the master bathroom has the most unusual layout with a hallway to the shower and bathroom less than 24" wide. Anyone with any mobility limitations or larger size (me) will not be able to use this bathroom. I recommend removing the towel bars form the already narrow hallway. - the grill was totally out of gas. Had to make a last minute run to Publix to get a refill before being able to make dinner on our late check in. I recommend housekeeping check level and leave a posting or have a refill available. - Very narrow pier for the boat slip. Recommend relocating the control/electrical boxes out of the walk way.

Great property

Great location and property. My family of 9 enjoyed our stay. Loved the outdoor kitchen, heated pool, hot tub, dock, and kayaks. Great having 2 washer/dryers and 2nd full sized refrigerator. Within walking distance to several restaurants and Marina. Short drive to Publix. Only minor issues. Dishwasher doesn't clean very well. Cake pans & cookie sheets very rusty and need to be replaced. Neither issue deterred our great family vacation. Thanks.

Nice quiet week.

The home was nice, spacious, and well equipped. Nice to have the heated pool since the weather on several days was abnormally cool. Lots of room for relaxing. Sad that the hot tub was not in service. Shame it apparently has been down for months. All and all a wonderful spot. Would love to do it again.

Charlie & Kelley, I want to thank you for your stay at Villa Coral Harbour. The hot tub in the master bathroom works fine as a normal tub not as a jacuzzi. The outdoor jacuzzi next to the pool works great and heats up fine of course. Thanks and hope to see you back in the future. Roelens Vacations

Overall Nice Holiday retreat

Overall this was an excellent house in a prime location for renting a boat, but there are some negatives. Let me break down the GOOD & BAD GOOD 5 bedrooms. One even had bunkbeds! 2 King size beds. Bathrooms. 3 full size baths. Initial rolls of TP provided. Pool was heated to 88 degrees. Wonderful! Previous pools in Cape coral can be a little chilly Easy check-in and customer service via phone and text Lots of towels! Both beach and bath. And two washing machines. BAD The 2 downstairs queen bedroom could clearly hear anyone walking in the kitchen Jacuzzi. Did not work for the entire stay. We assume the Property manager did not check prior to our arrival. The cost of the property includes a $95 Jacuzzi fee that I would like refunded. They did make an attempt to fix it, but were unable. They charged $50 for early check in even if no guests were there the previous week. We requested to check in 2pm vice 4pm. Cost is still $50. Would have been courteous to not charge for this. One of the downstairs sliding glass doors does not lock, making it a bit dangerous for small children. Cancellation policy. Once booked you are committed to the property after 48 hours. No refunds. We liked the house so much we committed a year in advance, but the lack of flexibility is was very concerning. What if we got sick and could not come? Trash smell. Previous tenants had left bags of trash in the garage instead of placing in the bin. We needed to air out the house, but that didn't take long. In the future property management should check for that.

Great place to stay and relax!

My group rented the house for a bit of a business meeting, but were greeted with a great house and full of great amenities. Would definitely suggest to anyone. The property management folks were always eager to help with anything.

Better than expected!!

We enjoyed this house so much! Where to begin? Loved the pool & family size hot tub(give it the night to heat up), the huge outdoor grill, 2 washer & dryers for a family of 7, the downstairs fridge near the pool, kids enjoyed the foosball table, we enjoyed the 2 kayaks & 1 canoe, beach chairs & umbrella & sand toys and with 5 bedrooms everyone had their own room. There were 3 bathrooms. One down stairs with a door near the pool/hottub (so we didn’t have to walk through the house wet), and two upstairs. The neighborhood was so quiet, we enjoyed afternoon walks after supper and the kids would ride the 2 bikes that were there. Another plus there was a Publix & a Walgreens 4 minutes from the house. We also enjoyed the large table by the pool for lunches, the large table for supper up stairs and all the sitting areas located around the house, and the lounge chair area on the large outside deck. And there were PLENTY of towels and beach towels (but very few washcloths). We also enjoyed walking to the Marina and looking in the little shops and even enjoyed Rumrunners for supper one evening ( we cooked & ate at the house every night). I enjoyed the Happy Stay app where I was able to check in & out with ease and even send in a maintenance ticket if needed. We had a great relaxing week and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The only negative was the “sand fleas” that attacked only 2 of us while on the water.

Great location

Requested and paid for rented items to be available upon check in, even confirming prior to arrival to ensure they would be there, yet arrived late in the evening with no items and no number to call to resolve issue. Great location.

Hi, Megan. Thank you for staying with us. We noticed the only items that were not delivered by the third party vendor was the blankets for the crib. Once I checked into the matter, I did find that the property manager did purchase new blankets for your use within an hour of your arrival.
