There also a large covered patio on the other side of the house, accessed directly from both bedrooms – the perfect place to get away from the group and catch up on your reading.
Indoors, this home is nicely equipped for maximum comfort and relaxation. The large well stocked kitchen opens through the breakfast bar to the dining area, which opens out through French doors to the pool patio. The dining area and living room are separated by the living room fireplace wall, making for a slightly more formal and intimate feel in both rooms.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, with two sofas and a club chair with ottoman. One of the sofas is a sleeper for added flexibility in accommodations. There is also an HDTV and a fireplace for chilly evenings.
