Lovely long weekend!

Our group had 6 adults, one was my 88 year old mother. We were in town for the Nashville Opera where our daughter was performing. Perfect spot for grandma on the main floor with a bath directly across the hall. Well appointed kitchen with lots of lounging space for all. Very comfortable!

Perfect House. Perfect Location.

The home was perfect! We stayed there for Thanksgiving and the home and location couldn’t have been better. It was beautiful and clean. The host thought of everything and was very responsive if we had any question. I would recommend this home if you’re thinking of staying in Nashville.

Fantastic in every way!!!!

This was truly the perfect home for our 5 day stay...spacious, cheery, clean & perfect for 3 couples! The huge kitchen was a great "hub" & the back porch was gorgeous, with seating for 6 to enjoy morning coffee and evening drinks! The 3 full bathrooms were spacious, nice, and well-appointed, and beds were clean and very comfortable! The chalk wall was a fun touch, and having a well-appointed living room on both levels was great for people to comfortably live together! Fabulous location, very quiet, and beautiful neighborhood for morning walks...very, very safe! An A+ experience, all around... we'll be back!! Thank you!

Sibling Reunion

Comfortable, roomy home for us to gather for our yearly Sibling Reunion. Easy, quick access to downtown. Living spaces accommodated our love for cooking and gathering the nine of us while Doordash came in handy as well! Enjoyed Nashville during the day and family at night!!

Great House in Quiet Neighborhood

This is the perfect house for families or couples who want to be near the city but in a quiet neighborhood. Angela was responsive throughout the process and the house was very clean and cozily decorated. We enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay again.

Great house in Nashville! Well situated, clean and decent location to get anywhere with a short Uber ride. Not well appointed with things like salt and pepper but why cook when Nashville’s restaurants are great? Don’t delay, book it!

Great Floor Plan

The house has a great floor plan and is very comfortable for a larger group. Unfortunately, the house was not as clean as expected and was very dusty. The condition of the house was problematic for those in our group who suffer from allergies.

THE BEST HOUSE IN NASHVILLE

This house is truly immaculate!! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. The house was spacious and the rooms and kitchens were so clean. The neighbor was nice and we weren’t more than 10 minutes from anything in Nashville

Beautiful and very well prepped home located very close to Vanderbilt. Perfect for reunion!

Excellent home. Very comfortable beds. True to listing. Plenty of parking! A little bit more communication from the owner about checkin and checkout would have been helpful, but we had no problems.

Nashville stay

Great location that is walking distance to coffee shop. Great house layout. Nice bottle of wine and a basket with candy upon arrival. The house could have been cleaner. House is dusty, odor to the house and sticky counters. Online description states three king beds, but only two king beds, one full and two twins. Overall it was a great place and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Nashville area.

Bachelorette party perfection

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and we could not have picked a better location. The property is super spacious, clean, and comfortable. The area seemed safe and was the perfect distance from the city (approx 15 min)! Angela was super friendly and easy to get in contact with if we had any questions!

Our Stay

When we originally booked this property, in the description it said three king sized beds with one queen. However, in the pictures (which we didn’t look at closely) one of those bedrooms had two twin beds. We had 8 adults with the four men being 6’3” and above. The twin beds did not work so one couple had to go to hotel which was so unfortunate not to mention cost them more money.

60th birthday celebration

House was all that we thought it would be, but overall deep cleaning and light maintenance the house is needed. Several light bulbs were out in the master bathroom, showers need cleaning of mold presence. Bathroom ceiling vents very dirty and need cleaning. Front door light bulb was out, so dark at night to put code in to get access into the house. Needed kitchen towels and Angela responded immediately. Overall a pleasant experience. Just a few things needed to make it a top rating.

Great house - Great location

Wow. Rent this home if you are looking for a small oasis outside of the bar scene in Nashville. No issues getting Uber to and from at all hours btw. The house was extremely clean and well equipped for my group. Close to groceries, coffee shops, great barbecue and a small pub all excellent! Also about a mile or so from great urban trails for a little exercise before you dive back in the the city for music and fun. Angela was super accommodating, available at all times and provided a beautiful home for me and my friends. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet respite from the beautiful chaos that is Nashville!

Cute place but ant problem ruined it

We were happy with the location and the house is adorable but regrettably there was an ant problem in the kitchen area that made it unusable. The maintenance man responded quickly which was appreciated however, it takes several days to rid a home of ants and we were forced to deal with them our entire stay. The cleanliness was okay. Not necessarily dirty but not the standard of cleanliness we would have hoped for. The towels and hand towels in the bathroom smelled of mildew and that was disappointing. Overall if they clean a bit more and pay attention to pest control it’s a cute place.

Nashville beauty

I have stayed at many homes in Nashville and this was by far the nicest. The only issue we had was the internet password didnt work which made the TV not work. I didn’t even tell thr property manager as thats not what we were there to do. Lots of space, had everything you would need in a home plus more! Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Felt very safe. The beds were very comfortable. Very stylish home.

Beautiful & safe home

I stayed at this home with my bachelorette party and we had the best time!! This home is absolutely beautiful and we felt safe staying here. It was located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street. I can’t say enough how stunning this home is! I am so happy I found it and that we stayed here. There was plenty of space. It was only a 10 minute drive to broadway and there are a ton of Ubers around. When I needed something Angela followed through.

Nashville Stay

I loved this property!! It was about 10-15 mins from Broadway; very easy to get Ubers. Overall the quality was exactly what we expected and I would recommend to anyone. House is beautiful and well decorated.

This property is really beautiful. My parents bought it (to see the new grandson - they live across the country) with tourists (like themselves) in mind. They travel all the time and created this place as one they'd want to stay in.
