Sleeps 4. Luxury (1) Large Master Bedroom, 1 Sleeper-Sofa (Queen), 1.5 bath condo on the top floor at the renowned Harbour Village Resort. The condo overlooks a beautiful private private marina and the Halifax river with amazing sunset views from your private and spacious balcony. In addition to the magnificent view, this condo features mounted extra large new HD flat screens in the living room (60") and the Master bedroom (55") with complete audio surround sound, Hi-Speed Wifi, Apple TV, X-Box 1, and computer linked with wireless printer. Beautiful furnishings and accessories compliment this resort setting. World famous beachfront across the street with private clubhouse for our guests. Easily accessed amenities include marina, 2-pools & Jacuzzi, tennis courts, 9-hole golf course, fitness room, onsite restaurant, billiards room, fishing pier, 2000-ft of boardwalks over conservation and of course, the beach. One large master bedroom suite, complete with its own bathroom (tub and separate shower) and walk-in closet. Open floor plan consists of a large living room, dining area, kitchen with bar and half bath. Living room features very comfortable pull out couch that sleeps two. Well appointed Kitchen is ready for you to dine in when not taking advantage of the many nearby restaurants. Also includes brand new washer and dryer. Best parking space in cool garage below condo with easy automatic door wheelchair access straight to elevator to your fifth floor beach home. Additional outdoor spaces for guests at front of building.

Great Time

Had a fabulous time and hope we can come back. The condo was great and Bob was the best to work with. Kudos to him for having an eye for details that make for a pleasant stay.

Harbour Village Condo

Really enjoyed our stay for the second time. Condo is pristine, super clean and generously stocked for new arrivals. Bob is always very responsive if needed at any time. View is so relaxing and look forward to staying again Do not hesitate to book here, it's like a 5 stars hotel.

Best VRBO I've experienced!

The hospitality here was great! A welcoming basket of snacks greeted us. Soaps and basic supplies were of great quality and quantity for our month stay. The place was immaculate. Our host called when we first arrived to make sure all was well. We enjoyed many walks through the mangroves and to the beach. Wonderful place!

Ponce paradise

This was fantastic location and the condo is the most well equipped unit we have ever stayed in. We had family stay with us for short periods and the unit comfortably handled 4 adults. The view is to die for and was amazing on July 4th for the fireworks. It is perfectly situated between the Atlantic and the intercoastal. Great restaurants nearby too. We will definitely be back. Well done Bob and thank you.

Great Stay at Ponce Inlet

It was great! Recommend highly! I have made 4 attempts to revise the review to meet VRBO standards without success! I read the contents guidelines and my review looked acceptable...but NO WAY. I am done.....

Amazing condo and Marina views

As our first time renting a condo, not knowing what to expect, proved to be a 5 star stay. The condo was immaculate, the large kitchen was stocked with high end dishware. Our landlord Bob Hackey is such a grounded and pleasant man. We had all the amenities one could ask for, including bikes, tennis rackets, golf clubs. We rode bikes almost everyday along the beach and lighthouse. We could view both the sunrise and sunsets, a rarity. Probably the most exciting part for us was the twice daily dolphins visits, so incredible! The last few days they came in with the babies to teach them how to fish. I worked remotely and perched in the bedroom to watch below (best view for me), you could almost touch them! A glass of wine and a cold beer in the evenings on the very generous balcony was awesome.³ Bob, thank you for allowing us into your home. We look forward to future visits when an opening permits. Amazing Views of Inlet

Exceptionally clean with amazing views of the inlet. Bed was very comfy. Cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. Only item I would add to the kitchen is salt/pepper shakers. Wonderful boardwalks to take pup for leisurely walks. Perfect for a couples getaway. Owner was very responsive and timely with questions. Pet friendly community. Quiet unit. I would definitely rent this condo again.

An exceptional experience

From the moment we walked through the door to the month’s end, this unit satisfied all of our needs. The owner has gone above and beyond in providing just about everything any guest could want. The unit was impeccably clean. The bedroom rug had been shampooed that morning, and every cupboard, floor, draw, and space was neat and meticulous. Having rented in different units in the same complex three times prior to our arrival, I was cognizant of that which was needed. I brought golf clubs, tees, golf balls, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper toweling, body wash, toothpaste, blow dryer, sheets, pillowcases, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, beach towels, computer, and all those supplies needed on our previous stays. However, everything mentioned above, a printer, and more were provided by the host. Even two umbrellas hung in the closet for guest use. Although we did not take advantage of the bicycles, even they were provided. All of the supplies were top notch. The towels were soft and fluffy. Nothing is the condo reflected dollar store or yard sale items. On the contrary, every product was of exceptional high end quality. Not only was a Keurig single serve coffee maker available, but a rack full of various pods was left for guests. Two huge flat screen TV’s mounted on the living room and bedroom walls as well as access to numerous apps made for such an enjoyable stay. I can’t say enough about the attention to detail evident in this unit. A lovely welcome basket with a variety of high end snacks couldn’t have been nicer. Thanks to the host/owner of this condo for an exceptional stay.

The best of everything!

We truly enjoyed Roberts condo and all the amenities. We were hoping that what we experienced there was a reflection of all the great reviews. It was outstanding! We were more than impressed! And, what made it even better was working with Robert. A very caring person who will do everything to make your stay happy! You will find no better! We can't wait to stay again!

Luxury Plus!

Luxury and elegance at its best! From the superior quality accommodations to the spectacular sunrise and sunset views from a top floor Marina m-front balcony, this Executive quality Condo has it all! Believe me, you are in for a treat! So many surprises await you! Bob has thought of everything! Check out the trails through the mangroves, along the river’s edge, and be sure to stop in at the onsite Harbor Village Pub for a Beverage or an excellent meal! The Sunday Champagne Brunches are a must to experience, as is the Oceanfront Private Beach Club! You are just blocks away from the fun to be had at Jerry’s Tiki, and practically across the street from the infamous Racing’s North Turn Beachfront Restaurant! There’s nothing not to love about this vacation rental in the heart of Ponce Inlet with all it’s charm and appeal! Enjoy!

Perfect Place and Location

Doesn't get any better than this! ... everything you could ever want or need, in a fantastic condo, to enjoy sunrises on the ocean and sunsets on the intracoastal. Everything really was perfect.

Exceptional location and facility!

Best rental we have experienced. Condo well appointed and lacked nothing. Some nice personal touches as well. Club pools, workout facilities and beach house were clean and convenient. Will definitely stay again!

All we could’ve asked for and more!

We just finished a monthlong stay and wish we didn’t have to go home. Harbour Village has fantastic amenities - private beach house, exercise rooms, resort style pool, 9-hole golf course, fishing pier...I could go on and on! Our host also made available beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella; 4 bikes, a tandem kayak, etc. The living space is beautifully appointed and we appreciated the host’s eye for original artwork and unique wood carvings. On the more practical side, there’s PLENTY of storage space and cleaning supplies to keep things tidy. My husband loves to cook so we usually bring what he needs. However, this is by far the most well stocked kitchen we’ve ever had the good fortune to stay in - everything AND the kitchen sink was provided! Don’t waste your time/space packing a blender, crockpot, favorite pan; it’s all there! The top floor balcony overlooking the marina and out to the Halifax river is absolute heaven. Just reading a book, drinking coffee or wine, on that balcony made my day. You’re within biking distance to the beach, the lighthouse and several restaurants. Try Jerry’s Italian Grill and Tiki Bar - don’t let the name fool you! I can’t wait to come back to this condo again!

Property was great. All amenities anyone could want. Love having coffee on the deck on Marina.

Weather was very rainy. Thankfully we could watch movies on the large high quality TV’s. The beach house is a wonderful plus. Even in the rain we worked out looking at the ocean! Also loved having the bikes at our disposal.

Paradise overlooking the Marina !!

Immaculate,high end accommodations, better than we ever imagined ! Every small detail was attended to. It truly is a 5 star resort . We enjoyed the pools, biking,golf, strolls on the beach and riding the waves.We saw many sea turtles and manatees in the marina and along the river's edge. Shopping and many eateries are close at hand . We look forward to staying again in the future.

Luxury at its best!

What more can be said about "near perfection"? This beautiful condo was the the epitome of what luxury accommodations should be. Every thing from the fine furnishings and decor, to the state of the art appliances and electronics to the well stocked amenities made it a warm and inviting place to be! There was also much to do to keep two active teenagers engaged outdoors as well with activities such as kayaking, tennis, golfing, swimming in the pool's, and bike riding on the beach to name a few. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are eager to return again. Thank you for providing such a true gem!

Incredible Condo

Three words.......WOW,WOW, WOW. This condo was everything we needed and more. My husband and I stayed for a month while house hunting and were completely comfortable. This condo is spacious and loved by the owner making an at home feeling. This place is incredible and we would highly recommend this condo for your stay. Thank you, Bob!

Beach condo

I have stayed at harbour village for several years and by far this condo was the best. The decor was up to date and amazing. The electronics were unbelievable and you didn't hav to watch tv or movies on a small TV. The amenities were superb. I will definitely stay at this condo next year and will book in time to ensure its free!!!! Sitting in patio watching Dolphins swim in the marina and manatee rolling was the best!!!!!!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!! I was able to bring my four legged child and he didn't have any issues ( which means a lot to me)!!!!!!!!

He is retired military veteran pilot and current airline captain who is also a Realtor with many happy guests in vacation rental homes in Florida to include the Keys.

I was one of the the first buyers of this unique property; recognizing the many inherent features to include magnificent water front views, and all inclusive amenities like two large pools and Jacuzzis (One located on the marina and one of the ocean) tennis courts, 2 gyms, and a 9 hole golf course. There are several boardwalks at the resort that provide great nature walks and lead to several Gazebo views of the river. I have a 42' Boat Slip and floating dock for you if you bring your own jet skis to use.
