Beautiful Victorian Two Blocks From beach in-ground pool & parking STR-25-00677

Hello please read entire listing before booking so there is no confusion post booking regarding number of days guests/visitors/ use of pool. Our lovely home Sleeps 12 people with 6 Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and off street tandem parking for 3 to 4 cars depending on car size. There is street parking in front that is permit parking or you can download the Asbury parking app to pay for daily street parking. Free parking 3 blocks away once you hit Grand street. NO more than 12 occupants allowed to stay at the home (children count as occupants this is dictated by the town) . Asbury’s has very specific rules as to occupancy as does our insurance so need to be abundantly clear that there is no inviting your friends who have rented a house close by for BBQ/pool parties. Facilities are for those on the rental agreement only.

We are just 2 blocks to beach and an easy walk into town or neighboring beach towns.

large (16x36) in-ground NO DIVE salt water pool (Pool open Memorial Day weekend and closes early September after Sea Hear Now music festival ). Pool heater will be set to 83. Please note photos there is no additional fence around the pool. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in backyard.

This authentic renovated Victorian built in 1900 can comfortably accommodate your family. Whether it's a family get-a-way or a summer retreat for a group of friends, you'll find our home is the perfect place to make new memories!

Our house offers 6 bedrooms (1 king, 4 Queen, one twin over full bunk bed), plus additional nursery furniture in one of the queen rooms if needed, and a full bathroom on all three floors (3rd floor steps could be steep for older guests has never been an issue but like to put it out there) The house has a large living room, and family room, plus the third floor has an additional family room for hanging out. We also offer a large open modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and dining room with seating for 8, a washer and dryer, and a home office nook with free WiFi. The house has window unit air conditioning throughout. Two on main floor (kitchen and family room they cool the whole downstairs with no problem ) , third floor hang out room, and ALL bedrooms for those hot summer days. We also offer two flat screen TVs with YouTube Tv and three flat screen TV with Amazon TV. We have a huge wrap around front porch with Adirondack chairs to relax in the ocean breeze which in my opinion is the best place to be ! We also offer a large back yard with a propane grill, outdoor shower and outdoor sofas and chairs, lounge chairs, as well as an outdoor dining table with umbrella ( Table has seating for 10) as well as a large new in ground salt water pool. We have plenty of pool floaties and an electric pump. We also have lawn games for adults and kids. For early risers, we have two adult bikes and two kids bike to ride on the boardwalk. Also we provide 6 adult beach badges to use during your stay plenty of beach gear (sand toys, 10 beach chairs, cart, 2 umbrellas, soft cooler ) . Children under 12 do not need badges. If you need more badges You can obtain daily badges on the boardwalk. We also have added for our guests convenience a locker on the beach equipped with 8 beach chairs and two umbrellas.

The house is equipped with a crib, pack ‘n play, and stroller , beach toys, 10 beach chairs, umbrellas , beach carts and indoor toys. Also we offer baby gates on all stairways.

While we certainly want people to enjoy themselves this isn’t your party house. It is a family home , and we have neigbors who we are respectful of and expect the same of our guests. If that isn’t the experience you want then this isn’t the house for you. We want our guests to have a great vacation so please adhere to common courtesy and rules. Have signed the pool liability waiver are allowed to be at the house NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note for security We have a ring doorbell, and cameras in the driveway and backyard for security only.

*NO smoking and NO pets NO parties NO additional guests. You will required to leave immediately with no refund no exceptions !!

If you want the heater turned higher than 83 there is an additional fee $50 day, and we must have 2 days prior notice. No one is authorized to touch any pool equipment. In order to be good neighbors, please keep the noise down in the yard especially in the evenings continued complaints by Neigbors you will be required to vacate and will NOT receive a refund. The pool service comes Fridays to clean the pool. You may be asked to stay out of it for a bit of time. We do not have daily pool service or lifeguards.

Note: changeover day is Friday with a firm 10 AM check-out unless pre-approved in writing by owner (with an additional hourly rate )to ensure the home can be cleaned and ready for our next guests to check-in.

The home has two full-time occupied apartments on the side with completely separate entrance from the main house for privacy and no access to house or to backyard. Vacation renters have exclusive use of driveway, porch and backyard. You likely won’t even notice the apartments as there are no common areas.

Asbury Park is the place to be - whether you like to relax on the beach or are looking for a little more action, this is the place for it all! Explore the art galleries or live music and theater performances right in town; shop locally or visit the outlets just a few miles away; go fishing or golfing; splash at the 'sprayground' up the street; taste the amazing cuisine ... and last, but not least, soak up some rays and enjoy the waves on the beautiful beach or maybe take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk or into historic Ocean Grove. It's all right here, only in Asbury Park!

PLEASE READ You will be required to execute an additional agreement (example contained in listing) With pool liability waiver, and as required by Asbury, all guests staying at the house are required to be listed along with age and copy of drivers license within 2 week of booking. Your booking is NOT final until signed contract and waivers are signed and will be cancelled without return of the fully executed contract within the timeframe noted. I will customize with your personal details after booking and email.

While cleanliness is very important to us and the home is thoroughly cleaned between in renters we can not guarantee anyone’s safety when it comes to COVID 19. You rent at your own risk, but know doing what we can is a priority to us.
