It is within walking distance from the charming village of Afissos and a few kilometers away from the city of Volos. The one-bedroom apartment is approximately 50 square feet and contains a large couch that folds out into a full bed, dining table seating four, fully equipped kitchen with stove, large refrigerator and microwave, and bathroom with large shower. Hot water available 24/7 through solar energy.
Property has private parking areas on the side, front, and back and can accommodate as many as 6 vehicles.
Outdoors area may be used for BBQ, dining and lounging. The beach contains bench, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Private, enclosed area next to beach available for sunning and relaxing if desired. Remote-controlled, keyed gate provides security and privacy, restricting accessibility to the property.
Snack bar conveniently located next to the property provides food and drink throughout the evening.
