Thank you Julie. I just want to remember that this year is an extraordinary hot and dry summer in all of Europe, never happend before. Our house has big stone walls and we have also 2 fans in the house. You can use them in the rooms and out where you want. Nice greetings

Desidero però precisare alcune cose: sono più di 10 anni che affittiamo casa ad automobilisti e motociclisti, nessuno ha incontrato difficoltà nelle manovre per la pendenza della strada. L'aria condizionata non c'è, è scritto sull'annuncio, si sa in partenza. E che per raggiungere il centro cittadino e le località di mare serva l'auto, anche questo è scritto sull'annuncio. Le foto della vista del golfo sono scattate dal giardino, è evidente la distanza. Ma la casa è consigliabile anche proprio per questo, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, lontano dal caos del traffico, ma allo stesso tempo a non più di 10 minuti dal primo supermercato.

First of all: the owners should be aware of these guests. They say that they have travelled all over the world, but maybe not in hotels or vacation houses, because they don’t know the rules. They have been at our house for seven days, and three days before the check out, we received an email (that we still have) from them. They were saying that enjoyed the house, so much that they wanted to come back next year for their 30th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately the daughter had to go away 3 days before the check out expected date, so they wanted back the money. We explained that it wasn’t possible, and we would have discounted the amount from next year’s booking. They were very angry because we didn’t satisfy their request. This is the true reason because they wrote such a resentful and false review. The first five days everything was ok, then, suddenly, everything was awful… Everything in the house was ok, nothing was missing, and the stair is a design stair, not a plastic one, of course. Then, there is an external access to the first two floors of the house if you prefer or aren’t able to climb the spiral stair… They asked the receipt for the 675,00€ ( which we are not obliged to provide ) to the wrong person, a few minutes before leaving. I have no problem to give it, no problem, if they had asked in time I would have prepared it. One more thing: we explained how to handle the garbage, and even if some of them were Italian, and should have understood the language, they left all the garbage inside and we had to take out all their waste. Last, but not least, This is the only bad review we’ve ever had…There will be a reason?
