Wonderful condo, great location, perfect stay! The condo was exactly what we needed for a week at the beach. Perfect location and was not even that crowded for a holiday week. Will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful!!

Great place to stay, beachfront, lots of fun board games & books in room for kiddos. Nice pool area with place to grill out! Good place to stay if you like low key vacation. Very quiet at night & not too crowded on beach. Would stay here again!

Perfect condo right on the beach! Indoor air conditioned room with a pool was perfect for a break from the sun. Great location right on the beach with a beautiful view!!🏝

This unit had everything we needed for a great vacation. We were impressed with the size of the bedrooms, especially the master. All beds were nice and comfy. Our family of 6 adults and 2 children had plenty of room AND The ice maker was a added bonus! The pools and boardwalk were nice. Would definitely book here again.

A Great Break

It was a great break without breaking the bank! Everything was clean and usable. My in-laws live in town. We did not need to encroach on their space. We had everyone (9 people) over for thanksgiving dinner. The table was too small for us, but ate at the bar. It was perfect!

Loved your condo!

You seemed to have lots of available kitchen items, and we did cook. You need one Teflon/nonstick pan and one dish scrub brush. This was made more obvious when your dishwasher was down for repair during our visit.

Perfect Location!

Great unit and great location. Walk to FloraBama and walk to beach is shortest of any condo in Orange beach/Perdido!! Condo has all the hard utensils you will need, but you do need to bring anything 'extra' like dry seasonings, foil, coffee filters (round ones!), etc. Usually there is a cabinet of these things in a condo, but not here. Other than that, great place to stay and so much better than the super large condos. Not crowded and plenty of space everywhere around pool and especially the beach!!

great family vacation

Beautiful condo! I was travelling with my grown children and their significants. It can be a challenge to find a 3-bedroom setup and have each bedroom have at least a full size bed. Loved that this unit had 2 Kings and a Queen. Fantastic that every bedroom had an adjoining bathroom. Have already looked at the calendar to see when we can book it again. Also--the kitchen was VERY well stocked with cookware, knives and accessories. (it even had a crockpot--which seems silly for a beach unit until it's taco Tuesday and you need cheese dip). Furnishings were nice!

Great location. Lacking upfront communication.

Pros: Great location & view. Spacious 3 bedroom. Clean. Comfy beds. Cons: No advance communication indicating the building would be under construction & pool would be closed during our stay. We were traveling with someone who is sick. She wanted to see the beach, hang out at the pool and relax if she needed to rest during the day. That was impossible with construction noises, contractors on a boom working on the exterior (1 morning she was doing yoga facing the ocean but the contractors on the boom were blocking her view) and the outdoor pool was closed for our stay. There is a very small indoor pool but not the relaxing environment she was looking for. On the last 2 days of our trip, we returned from dinner to find the balcony furniture moved and trash from the construction team left on the balcony. We cleaned it up only to find more the following evening. One of her selection criteria for the condo was a comfy balcony for her to rest at. She wanted to be able to stretch out on a comfy couch. The pictures indicate there's one couch on each side of the balcony but in reality, it's just one small love seat that was moved from one side of the balcony to the other side for each picture. Instead we found the one love seat and metal chairs. Again, normally, this wouldn't have been much of a bother but our goal for this trip was to allow her to relax in between her treatments. The microwave is broken & the oven doesn't work properly (I forgot to set a timer on a pie that was supposed to bake for 15 min but I forgot. An hour later, I should have returned to a smoking pie but instead it was not yet finished! I got lucky:) We were told the owner is planning to replace the appliances but that's not exactly helpful to us. This condo can hold 8 but we were traveling with 4. I reported on the 1st night that there weren't enough hangers. We had a total of 10-12 which IMO isn't enough for 4 ppl over a week's time & certainly not enough for 8. Not a big deal but it's a simple thing that could have been fixed but wasn't. We reported issues with the wifi. It was completely down one evening early in our trip and then spotty from there. We were told someone would be around to look at it but never heard from anyone. We had a nice time but likely would not have booked this unit had we known about the construction & closed pool. We've had previous issues with a vacasa rental & wouldn't definitely not rent one of their properties again.

We are always working to make improvements and ensure our guests are able to reach us. The appliances have been replaced. The outdoor pool was closed but the indoor pool was still available for guest use. We will add additional hangers for guest use. We hope to host you again very soon.

Love Spanish Key

We are snowbirds coming back to Spanish Key for eleven years. The on site staff is accommodating, courteous, and pleasant to work with. Spanish Key is exceptionally clean, well managed and maintained. Our unit was clean and new owners are updating. The kitchen had everything we needed and more except adequate silverware. Beds are comfortable. Watched dolphins swimming from the balcony. Close to FloraBama and restaurants. This is our favorite place to stay!
