Only minutes to a private association beach on Cape Cod Bay, "La Baleine Bleue" is a bright and inviting getaway.

This wonderful single-story cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and central air conditioning. Enter and open and bright main living area with vaulted ceiling and skylights. the living room has comfortable seating and the dining area has a table with seating for six. The nicely equipped kitchen has a center island and stainless appliances.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a built-in bunk bed (two twins). There is a second bathroom with shower and conveniently located washer and dryer.

French doors lead from the kitchen to the lovely back patio. At one end of the patio there is a dining table and chairs and a gas grill with a work table to make your grilling prep easy. The other end of the patio has an enclosed outdoor shower and comfortable lounge seating and gas firepit--the idea spot for a good book, conversation or a glass of wine after a day at the beach.

the private association beach is about 1000 ft from the cottage. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, sunbathing and beachcombing on beautiful Cape Cod Bay. Head back towards historic 6A and enjoy some of Brewster's best restaurants, bakeries and shops.

Close to all the best of Brewster including Nickerson State Park, live shows at Cape Rep Theatre, Crosby Mansion, Cape Museum of Natural History, Cape Cod Rail Trail and Brewster Whitecap home games.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
