This renovated two bedroom unit has everything going for it. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and king bed along with a separate entrance and separate lanai. We have a flat screen television in each bedroom along with one in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with new appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit along with two air conditioners. Walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants or simply enjoy the fabulous view from the lanais.

Great Place!

We have stayed at Maui Banyan many times over the years. This 5th floor corner unit is one of the best in the complex. Well maintained and great location, hope to be back soon!

Fantastic Spot

Can't beat the location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Can't beat the sunsets from the balcony. Place has everything you need from the beach chairs and umbrella to kitchen utensils.

Amazing stay in a wonderful condo

Can't say enough about our stay in Dave's Maui banyan condo wonderful place spacious very well maintained with a great direct ocean view we had wonderful memories there and hoping to come back again in the near future

Great way to turn 65.

We have stayed at the Maui banyan several times. Always fantastic. Close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. This unit has possibly the best view from the lani. Nice clean and comfy

Great location and wonderful view

Clean, comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen. Served our needs wonderfully and would not hesitate to rebook in the future. It would be nice to have the air conditioner in the auxiliary bedroom be on a multiple hour timer like the living area BUT not a deal breaker. Wonderful stay and the owners are excellent communicators. Thank you for the stay!

Beat views in Maui Banyan

This was the 2nd time we stayed in this condo. We love it. It comes with everything you need especially air conditioning! The views from the lanai are amazing! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Vacation with friends

We had a great time in Kihei. The unit was well stocked and in a great location. Property owners Dave and Kim were fantastic. Other people in the complex stated “ You have the best unit in the place!”. We would come back again for sure.

Beautiful View, Nice Condo

The condo had plenty of room and was clean when we arrived. It was loaded with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, and coolers. Everything you need to go to the beach.

Perfect location and a view

This top floor end unit was perfect for our group. It was well situated in Kihei within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, shops. We used the stair entrance right outside the doorway 90% of the time. The kitchen was well equipped.. even had a pineapple corer/slicer. Loved the privacy of the top floor end unit. The residents were friendly as well as other guests. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay in Kihei! We will definitely be back soon.

This unit was fabulous! We were 4 adults and had plenty of room. The beach chairs and umbrellas were used everyday. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Beach access was a short walk away. Fabulous views from the deck were enjoyed for breakfasts and beers in the afternoons and to watch the sunsets. We will definitely try to rent this unit again.

Great spot. - central location right across from beach

Very central location, property clean and beds comfortable. Back bedroom gets a little hot and A/C unit in there is not as strong as the A/C in the main room - also can only have it on for an hour at a time. We tried to go for a swim before check out on our last day and could not access the pool at 9am when it opened - our intention was to be out by 1030 (check out is at 11).

Very nice, clean property

This property was very nice and very clean. It was great to have 2 separate master bedrooms, both with king size beds. However, there is no air conditioner in one of the bedrooms. There is a ceiling fan and a desk fan in that bedroom, which for the most part was okay, but it did get quite warm at times. This property was close to everything and was right across the street from the beach. Overall, we had a nice stay here and would recommend this property.

Stay was very nice. Condo was in great condition. FYI this time we had a few cockroaches and some other bugs. We never had garbage sitting in the garbage can and had chips, bread etc in ziplock bags or in the refrigerator so not sure what that was about. We didn’t have that last year in May. Thank you for another great stay in Maui.

Best Sunset views on Maui!

Our stay at the vacation condo in Kihei, Hawaii, was nothing short of spectacular. The condo was impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The open-concept living area, complete with a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—steps from the pristine beaches of Kihei and close to local shops and restaurants, offering both convenience and the laid-back island vibe we were craving. The highlight, however, was the private lanai, where we sipped coffee each morning and watched the world wake up, enveloped by the warm Hawaiian breeze.The sunset views over the Pacific Ocean from the condo were absolutely breathtaking, making every evening a magical experience. As the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in vibrant hues of orange, pink, and purple, we felt truly immersed in the beauty of Maui. The unobstructed ocean views from the condo’s large windows and lanai provided the perfect vantage point to witness this daily spectacle, creating memories we’ll cherish forever. This condo exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect in Every Way

We had a wonderful week here. Check in was smooth and there are hotel luggage carts to ease the process. The ocean views and sunsets were spectacular. The unit is very clean and organized. The king beds are firm and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, cutlery and several spices. The in unit washer and dryer was very nice. A brand new dishwasher was installed the day we arrived. We used the ice chest, beach towels and Tommy Bahama chairs. Location is great! The Kamimole Beach Park ll is just across the street, about a 3 minute walk. We walked to meals most days (Fred’s, Moose McGillicuddy’s, & Cafe O'Lei) We stocked up at Costco & Safeway when we arrived. We barbecued twice at the great gas barbecues by the pool. We never needed the AC the entire week. The lovely trade winds & ceiling fans kept us plenty cool. Dave was easy to communicate with when we had a question. The internet and cable TV both worked perfectly. Our group loves football and the only change I would suggest is a larger TV in the family room. Yet we still managed to watch our share of football. To summarize, this is the nicest condo, with an excellent location and great amenities. We hope to stay here again next year. Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise.

Fantastic location with beautiful view

Our family of four had an amazing time at Dave and Kim's place. The location within Kihei was perfect because we were near great restaurants and beaches. The condo's "corner" location gave us great views and a feeling of openness. We could watch the stunning sunsets from the balcony and just outside the front door. The beautiful beach was a 4 minute walk from our condo. We enjoyed the BBQ, pool and hot tub, and appreciated that all of the kitchen necessities were provided. Dave and Kim were so easy to work with as well, making our experience a dream vacation.

Great location

Was well stocked and a beautiful view from the Lanai. Was awesome to have the chairs,beach umbrellas and coolers to take to the beach. Only negative thing was the second bedroom has no air conditioning so we were hot and uncomfortable to sleep, Used the fans but that is minimal relief.

Fabulous Kihei Condo

Great location. Loved the setup that was perfect for two couples. Couldn’t ask for a better location, just across the street from the beach. Very close to lots of stores, restaurants, etc. Owner provided all the beach toys, including umbrellas. The only things that would have made things better would be a much needed air conditioner in second bedroom, and a couple more small frying pans.

Amazing Retreat

This is an excellent property that offers picture perfect views of the sunrise and sunsets. My family and I stayed at the property for a week and couldn’t have been more pleased.

Excellently Equipped

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a beautifully located unit, close to the beach, and amazing views! Couldn’t have asked for a better equipped place to stay. Snorkelling gear for many, boogie boards, coolers, towels, excellent kitchenware, etc. Thank you for keeping your Maui home fully vacation ready to completely relax in!

We live and work in Saskatchewan, Canada and always enjoy getting away from our cold winters. Maui has always been our favorite destination. We have enjoyed the Kihei area for several years now.

We love the location of the Maui Banyan and this unit has the best view in the complex.
Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars is a great plus. Having a great beach right across the street with washrooms and lifeguards is perfect.

The view from our lanai offers guests not only year round sunsets but also great ocean views. A great place to watch for whales in the winter.
Having two suites both with King beds, separate entrances, bathrooms and lanais means more privacy for couples while sharing the unit. We have a washer and dryer in the unit and a fully equipped kitchen for our guests.
