Book with confidence, this newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1188 sq. ft) condo that is located at Kamaole Sands. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers a fantastic vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The condo is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use.

Cleaning Fee: $225.00

Damage Protection Waiver: $30.00

Service Fee: $50.00

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Beautiful Views

Loved the view of Kam III from the unit! The unit itself is newly remodeled. Has a fully stocked kitchen and the beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing, the view from the patio was beautiful and the condo was clean and comfortable! The hosts were easy to communicate with as well as accommodating. Would stay there again for sure!

Beautiful oasis

Have stayed at Kamaolesands many times. This unit is one of the best We didn’t need a thing Kitchen well equipped. Top of the line appliances. If this unit is available when you’re looking. Don’t hesitate Book it You won’t be sorry

Another great holiday at Kamaole Sands

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in a 2 BR loft on the 4th floor of building 3 at Kamaole Sands in Kihei, Maui. It was a very nice updated unit, well run as usual by PMI Maui. Our weather this year was perfect and we could see all the beautiful sunsets over the ocean right from our lanai. Although a little disruptive at times the construction - new metal roof on building 5 and new solar panels on some buildings - served to remind us that Kamaole Sands, constantly being updated will be around for a long time.

Amazing

Phenomenal location with a quick 2 min walk across the street to beautiful beaches. Great pool and hot tubs on site, decent but small gym luckily it wasn’t busy. The unit we stayed in was very clean, open and had a nice “Hawaiian vibe”. We will definitely return.

Amazing set up

We had an amazing time at the condo basically just needed somewhere to spend the night as we had many day trip adventures planned left most mornings early and we’re home after sunset. The pool was great for the kids to burn just that little bit of energy after riding in the car Back from our days adventure …. definitely saving this location listing so that next time we are back in Maui, we will be staying here. They have a great set up as far as sand toys and boogie boards and sand chairs. Highly recommend if you have children, this is a great place to stay.

The location is great -right across the street from the beach and just a few minutes to Wailea. We even enjoyed a bunch of walks heading North of the property and found our way to Beach Street Maui Shave Ice more than a few times! The unit itself was clean and well appointed. The layout of the unit worked perfectly for us. On top of it all, Matt at PMI was absolutely great and provided excellent service to us. We have already booked another trip to Kamaole Sands!

Relaxing Hawaiian Getaway

We had a gorgeous view of the ocean along with the beautiful landscaping and pool area. We were conveniently located right by the pool and gym area which was another plus. You can’t beat the location being walking distance to the Kamaole beaches which all have lifeguards. We also were able to walk to great restaurants down the street as well. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. The kitchen is beautifully remodeled and had all the items you would want. My only critique is that the beds weren’t as comfortable as I would have hoped but most beds aren’t like your own. All in all, I am SO happy we chose this condo and highly recommend it to anyone.

Good property

We enjoyed the house, which has many helpful kitchen and beach amenities. The unit gets hot when the weather is hot, especially the upstairs open loft which doesn't have AC. Although the left has a fan at the window to push hot air out, it is loud and its effectiveness seems limited.

Great stay in great location

We love the Kamaole Sands property and this unit was well cared for. The amenities of the location and being across the street from daily sea turtles is a highlight. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the unit was great with beach chairs and towels. The property manager was excellent to work with through the whole process. Highly recommend to stay here, and we would definitely rent again at this location.

Very nice place!

Kamaole Sands was a great place to stay for our family. The grounds were beautiful and pool area was great for our group. Grill areas were great too! Easy walk across the street to Kam 1 beach and a couple blocks further down we’re all the shops and restaurants available. Unit was as advertised. Nice remodel and perfect for our family of 5. Fold out couch was reported by the 16 yo as not bad to sleep on! Great view of courtyard and pool area! Would book here again!

Super fun stay

Had a comfortable stay! It has a beautiful and well stocked kitchen to be able to do any cooking you might want. You can see the ocean from the balcony while drinking coffee. My Granddaughter enjoyed the pool with other kids and she loved the Hula lesson at poolside. It was so cute to watch! The umbrella was broken but a new one showed up at our door the same day I reported it. It was great service! Would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Family Vacation

Well Equipped

The property is gorgeous. This unit is off the central pool area, but has a nice mountain/ocean view. It was wonderfully equipped with linens, kitchen and especially sports equipment for tennis or the beach. A wonderful place for families!

We found clumps of hair stuck to the bath matt and crackers from a previous guest under a bed. The rafters were in need of a good cleaning. The remodeled kitchen was very nice and furnished well. Overall we’d use it again.

Fabulous stay in Kihei

The condo was very comfortable, and very clean. It was equipped with a full kitchen that more than met our needs, as well as a very nice selection of beach toys. The furniture and finishings were all in excellent condition. It was a great place to stay in Kihei. During our stay, my daughter had a medical emergency as a result of a beach accident. Matt went out of his way to accommodate a late departure, even though we requested it late in the trip. We are extremely grateful for his assistance and hospitality. We would happily rent this condo again for a future visit.

Holiday Stay

Our rental was seemless. Additional bedding, plenty of beach chairs and towels for pool and beach use. Ideally would have loved a couple additional bogey boards but had two there to use. Would stay again!
