Relax on your lanai and enjoy partial ocean views.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a shortened stay due to a blizzard in Ontario, which meant we couldn't fly out for days. The property is well-kept and the grounds are lush with flowers, trees, shrubs and grass. The location is excellent, with a 5 minute walk to the Bech and a 10 minute walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. Our only issue was the stuffiness in the condo; the air conditioning didn't reach the bedroom and after people showered, the humidity inside was intense. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

January 2023 Stay

We arrived Jan 2, 2023 after hours. We found & accessed our room easily. Overall the room was fine. The TV cable box didn't work, and only found that out as the one day I had the stomach flu and just wanted to watch TV but couldn't. The wifi strength could be turned up more as well as when laying in bed you lose wifi connection. Other than the one day being in sick, the rest of the time, we are out and about touring. This is our third time to Maui, and we still found new places to explore! In our second week there was a high surf advisory. What an amazing/beautiful site to see! Mother Nature is truly awe-inspiring!!

Needs a good cleaning

Also lots of dust on the Fan in the closest. Otherwise a nice location. Could use some paint also.

Amazing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Maui vista was a perfect place for my fiancé and I. Check in was easy, parking situation was easy, place was clean except one or two towels they had for us had some red stains. We brought our own towels so that was the least of our worries. I had seen some people complain about noise through the bedroom wall but it’s sudden people passing maybe once or twice down the hall. If that were to keep you up there is a pull out couch that makes for a comfortable bed in living room. Also a TV in main bedroom would be nice (not that you’d spend your days inside watching TV while in Maui) but it would be a nice addition. Would stay there again when in Maui. Lastly it’s within walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Toilet Paper and Paper Towel need to upgraded. It doesn't cost that much more for better product.2. Plastic Dishes. The cost to glass dishes is minimal and I think plastic is not good for the environment! 3.Out Door Furniture needs cushions. Not sure why anyone would want to sit on wrought Iron. 4.Curtians need to be taken down and replaced or washed, they do not move they are so dirty. This place needs some TLC.

I didn't stay where I was booked

I booked this condo through VRBO. However, it was actually through Maui Condos and they put us in a different condo completely, downgraded. It would be nice if VRBO let us know upfront when rentals are through different agencies.

Very Nice Condo - underwelming shower

This condo has a lot going for it - great location close to beach, clean, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and I would have easily given it 4 or 5 stars - except for the bathroom shower. The water pressure was so low that it was very difficult for my wife to rinse the shampoo from her hair (I am mostly bald so it was not as much of an issue for me). She eventually just started shampooing her hair in the cold water shower by the pool. I will say that the management company (Maui Condo and Home) were very responsive to our call. They quickly arranged for a plumber to check out the shower and he changed the shower head. Unfortunately this did not improve the water pressure. They also changed some bedroom pillows that had seen better days. Overall, this is a very nice condo but with one significant problem.
