Prime Beachfront Condo with awesome ocean views. There's a full kitchen to do your own cooking, and 2 king beds. A/C only in one bedroom. Laundry facilities on each floor by the elevator. Heated swimming pool, propane bbq's & complimentary wifi. It is 4 persons max, there is no sofa sleeper.
7 night minimum please.

***PLEASE note: Starting March 6, 2023, Five Palms Restaurant, Fitness Center and Business Center will be closed due to Spalling / concrete repairs project that is in or below the restaurant. Work days are Mon - Fri 8 - 4 pm.

5/01/2023 Update, most of the loud demolition work has been completed, however you may still hear some construction work.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a shacky start (unit was not ready when we arrived with beds not made), it was a very good stay. by the time we got back from dinner, the condo was ready. Only issue we had after that was with the toilets - easily plugged and toitet plunger was an antique and had a split in the side so it would barely work. I bought a cheap plunger and it wored just fine. Left it in unit A.

Amazing view of beach and sunsets

We loved this hotel and the view and beach access were amazing. My kids (13,10,7) enjoyed the pool as well. The room was roomier than I imagined it would be. A small blow up mattress would be really nice for those of us with 3 kids (instead of one using the couch), as the main living space is right. We really appreciated the ice chest, boogie boards and floaties! Our only negatives were the level of cleanliness and tight parking spaces (SUV would have a very difficult time). The space needs the ceiling fans cleaned as well as under the beds swept/mopped. Overall we really loved that view and the old Hawaiian feel of the building.

Great location for a wonderful stay in Maui

Great location in a perfect area in Maui. AC system appeared to only work for the interior room. We made it work for the rest of the unit with fans.

Great location and great views!

The location was great! Very convenient with restaurant and store on first level. Beach very nice and clean. The condo was just as described in the listing. We opted for the “spare room” because we wanted to go to sleep with the sounds of the waves and wake up to the views. The master bedroom with the AC unit does not have any views. It faces the hallway. The master needed AC while we were there in June but the rest of the condo was comfortable with just the windows open and the ocean breeze. The condo was clean and well maintained as well. Would recommend condo 411 for sure. We didn’t want to leave.

Too much construction

Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, location, beautiful beach. Great sunset. Too much construction....water turned off several times during our stay. Very noisy due to construction. Manager responded on 7/1/2016: Aloha Albert, It's unfortunate you were here while some construction was going on. They do try to plan that when it's a slower time of the year. We're glad that you enjoyed the awesome beach! See you again!

Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit in 2010 and loved it. This time not so much. We were pleased with everything with the following exceptions. The lanai was filthy upon our arrival. We had to clean off all the furniture and the railing before we could use it and the was a broken chair. The shower head was defective and the management staff reacted very quickly to replace it and provide us with a bath mat. We had to change a few light bulbs which we should not have had to do on arrival. The unit was clean but there the is a serious problem with the curtains in the unit. The hem was ripped out on the left side and it looked like they had not been cleaned in a long,long time. Manager responded on 6/20/2014: Aloha David, We appreciate your comments and apologize for the deficiencies found in unit 411 at the Mana Kai. Thank you for contacting Kumulani Vacations regarding the defective shower head and bath mat; however wish we had known about the condition of the lanai upon your arrival. We will address the appearance of the curtains and thank you for alerting us about it. Maui does experience constant dust because of our trades. We hope we can assist you on your next Maui Vacation!! THE BEST BEACH IN HAWAII

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation at the Mana Kai. The beach is the best in Hawaii, the pool, and grounds are amazing, the view is spectacular any time of the day and in almost any weather. Our host, gave us lots of good suggestions on places to eat in Kihei. We tried many of them and enjoyed them all.
