The Space

Fantastic new open-plan kitchen and living area make for a relaxing environment that opens up seamlessly to the outdoor living space. The bedrooms are luxurious - the master with a king-sized bed, sumptuous sheets, and a modern ensuite. The two other bedrooms have the same king sized beds, which are both detachable to make room for all guests as per your comfort.

The feature of the house really has to be the amazing outdoor space. Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing on your own, the garden has a full-sized heated pool, an 7 person hot tub as well as a pool table gazebo! The lounge space outside is perfect for evening drinks or an afternoon read. The gas BBQ is a new and very large with a gas ring for cooking, too.

Interaction with Guests

We'll be available by email if you have any questions at all, and are contactable by phone if need be as well. A list of great happy hour spots in the area that we love will be available as well as our recommendations for our favourite restaurants and things to do!

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is wonderfully located. There are a couple of supermarkets which guests can reach on foot (10- 15 minute walk). We are only a few minutes walk away from the exclusive El Paseo which has every shop imaginable, including designer favourites! About a 10 minute drive from the house is the massive Westfield mall should you need more shops to peruse. There are many restaurants and bars along El Paseo that have fantastic happy hours that last all night!

We are also only a 25 minute drive away from the buzzing Palm Springs which makes for wonderful day trips as well great nightlife.

GOLF GOLF GOLF! The Shadow Mountain Golf Course is at the end of our block! There are a wide variety of golf courses all over the area and surrounding neighborhoods, too.

Since we're in the valley of so many beautiful mountains, there are a plethora of trails to take advantage of. Some are in walking distance of the house and others are a short drive, but definitely bring lots of water! The scenery is absolutely breathtaking.

Getting Around

It is very easy to drive anywhere while you're visiting. Some places are reachable by foot if you're up for it. If you're not driving, Uber is available in Palm Desert and all of the surrounding areas you might want to visit and it is very affordable to get around this way.
