Upper Level Family Condo w/Balconies - Views to Vail Mountain - Outdoor Hot Tub - Walk to Lionshead
Vail International #406 was recently remodeled and has new flooring, rugs, blinds and a more efficient gas fireplace. The clean and spacious condo is south facing with great views to Vail Mountain and has vaulted ceilings throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. If you like to start your day with a cup of coffee, you can brew it in the standard 12 oz coffee pot in the kitchen with the coffee and filters that are provided. The unit includes a dining area with a balcony that looks out to Vail Mountain as well as a living area with a gas fireplace and a 55" flat panel TV. There is a washer/dryer in the entryway of unit.
One bedroom has two Twin beds and the other bedroom has a King bed. Each bedroom has a flat panel TV. There is also a third semi-private loft sleeping area located at the top of a staircase that is accessed through the bedroom with two Twins. This area includes two Twin beds and a flat panel TV and also a Queen bed with views of Vail Mountain.

On Site Amenities at Vail International
There is an outdoor hot tub that was refurbished in June of 2025 and a heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.
Men's and Women's steam rooms.
There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout devices for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.
Free WiFi is offered. Each unit has its own router and password.
Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers.
No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.
Free Parking for one vehicle per reservation at Vail International.
Additional spaces at $40 per night winter and $25 summer, per vehicle may be possible, subject to availability.
Professional housekeeping staff on property.
A departure clean is included.
Contact the front desk to exchange towels during your stay.
Checking out is easy - just leave the keys to your unit at the front desk and our housekeeping staff will do a complete cleaning of your unit so that it will be in perfect shape for the arrival of the next guests.
