The place is extremely spacious allowing guests to find their own quiet corners while allowing everyone to feel comfortable. It was not clear that this was a shared property, and as such, it was a bit startling to have the garage door opening day and night and having people pass in front of the curtainless front door and glass wall. The host was very responsive which was nice. Would definitely stay here agian!

Great Trip!

The Luxury Home was everything we thought it would be. It accommodated five people easily! Everyone had their own space to relax in if they didn't want to be bothered. We were able to cook meals in the comfort of the home and enjoy some great conversations about our getaway. I would definitely book there again!

Wonderful

This place was in such a great area close to everything. Maybe a 10-20 min drive to Old San Juan. It was also very well kept and clean. There are multiple beds for everyone to choose from. And the check in process was easy and non stressful. Definitely recommend and would consider this place again for our next visit!

Bang for your buck

Nice place, located in older area. Houes is spacious. Must have car or use uber. Walmart 10 min by car. Domino's delivers, Popeye a block and a half. Overall it's wonderful for a large family before a cruise. Thanks Luis šŸ˜Š

Natashaā€™s 35 birthday trip

Our stay was amazing. The house was beautiful and for the most part was everything we wanted. My only issue was it didnā€™t have a stove and we wanted to cook on one of the night we were there. But we made it work. Also the bed room on the bottom floor was a no no for us. It was almost like it was in a basement and no one in my group wanted to sleep down there so we just shared the rooms upstairs! But over all it was a great house!

Very Nice

Our stay was really nice. The was huge house and there was plenty of room for 7 adults. We had 5 -20 year olds with us, so they enjoyed sitting out back in the evening chatting and drinking a few beverages. Location of the house was pretty convenient to town down, 10 min to super Walmart. The neighborhood was very quite besides the dogs barking at the wind. LOL! We had a problem with the A/C unit in one of the bedrooms. I contacted Luis and he immediately came out to look. He contacted an A/C company to fix the problem first thing the next morning. Issue resolved before we started our day. Great job Luis!!! Just FYI. If you are a person that likes to watch TV in bed to unwind. Bring your laptop or Ipad. No TV's in the rooms. Not a big deal for us. Long days for us, so we just feel asleep. Nice big flat screen on the main floor. If you'er looking for a 4-5 bedroom house with plenty of room to enjoy Puerto Rico and the surrounding area I would recommend this house. One more thing. Washer and Dryer on the same floor as the bedrooms, which was nice.

Absolutely perfect for what we needed - group of 5 women

Met up with 4 best girlfriends who came from different parts of the country and the house was great for what we needed. Located off the beaten tourist path, and tucked among an actual neighborhood, which I loved! There was enough space for us all to spread out. But also great communal spots. We sat at the dining table for hours laughing and catching up. And the back patio was also a fun place to kick back in the evening. Actually there were several outdoor spaces that we all took advantage of. The kitchen seemed fully stocked with everything you might need if you wanted to prepare a meal. We relied on delivery for a meal and couple times for coffee/breakfast, which was great. There was a coffee pot and everything, but you know - 5 women, it was hard to get agreement on anything, not even coffee :). There were lots of local spots with traditional puerto rican cuisine available with grubhub delivery. We didn't rent a car for our stay, but Uber got us everywhere we needed to be and it wasn't very expensive from the house to the places we visited. The closest beach was about 10-15 mins drive. La Placita less than 10 mins and OSJ about 20 mins. The host was awesome. 10/10 for him!!! He was very responsive to anything we needed, and even gave us a ride to the grocery store the first day we arrived. All in all, I loved the stay, made me fall deeper in love with PR and can't wait to return. Can't wait to stay in this house again either! Thank you, Angel!!!!

What a beautiful home! We spent two nights here with our friends before our 2 week cruise. We took Ubers to get around and found that very convenient. We were told to not walk around at night and there wasn't food close by, so we ordered in Uber Groceries and Dinner and it worked out great (we got into San Juan after dark from our flights so it was easier for us to do this rather than multiple stops). The home is beautiful and so clean. We were thankful to have air conditioning in each bedroom also. I highly recommend this rental if you need to stay in San Juan. Convenient to get to old San Juan and the cruise port and we felt very safe as it has a locked gate and property. We would definitely stay here again!We can't thank Luis enough. He was great to work with and answered any questions we had promptly. Thank you for letting us be your guests.

House was spacious and pictures were accurate, plenty of space and places to spread out. Check in was easy, manager was responsive when I texted. The house did not have supplies for a large family, no oven, small coffee maker, very few dishes and pots/pans, only 3 beach towels, no beach chairs, no shower curtain in the master bath and no water pressure upstairs, water went hot and cold in the showers and we didnā€™t know we were sharing common spaces with others units. House is truly in the city, close to everything. We saw PR like we lived there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the home is beautiful inside and out, with a great layout, spacious back porch area and a large kitchen. We had an easy check in process and great communication the entire trip. We will be back!

Beautiful place and enjoyable stay

The property manager through Vrbo and on site were quick to respond and helpful throughout the stay. The place was spacious and the pictures were accurate from the listing. When we checked in, the property manager checked all of the AC units and found out one of them didn't work. He immediately scheduled someone to look into it and it was fixed the next day. Whenever I had questions, I always got a response within one hour. I would highly recommend this place for others who are traveling with a group of friends too.

I loved my trip!

Iā€™m had so much fun and this house was in a very convenient area. It was only 10 minutes away from everything! It was clean and has plenty of space! Definitely worth the trip and the money!

Beautiful place with a few shortcomings

The place itself was absolutely beautiful and looks just like it does online. The location is convenient to everything (10 minute drive pretty much everywhere). There wasn't a good emergency lighting situation. There was a blackout for 1.5 days and one lantern was dead while the other was on it's last leg. The unit is very dark at night and I ended up falling down a few stairs. Another issue is you are only given one key meaning if you are with a bigger group you have to commit to going out together at all times or leaving someone behind. If someone takes the key you are essentially trapped inside. There is no oven, but there is a microwave and stove. There was water leaking that occurred due to a storm. We were told the property manager would come regarding it but he never did. There was also a slight bug problem but nothing major. Overall we enjoyed our stay and worked around the inconveniences.
