Regal Palms charges a resort fee of approximately $22 per day plus tax per unit, collected at check-in by the resort (not charged by the owner). This fee is set by the resort and may change.

The area: Four Corners convenience
Four Corners is one of the most convenient bases for Central Florida travel:

* Universal and SeaWorld are typically reachable by car depending on traffic

House expectations (simple and reasonable)
We don’t ask guests to “clean the house,” but we do ask that it’s left neat and tidy. Basic checkout expectations include bagging trash properly (no loose trash), leaving the kitchen tidy, and placing used towels by the washing machine. Full cleaning is handled by our team.

As with most of Florida, occasional insects are normal. Regular preventative pest control is in place—please keep doors/windows closed and store food properly.
