Thank you Keith for your review. You rented a 1 bedroom / 2 baths townhouse (Honeymoon Suite) over 2 floors with 2 balconies. This townhouse is one of our larger 1 bedroom apartments, but please note that we have 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and even single family homes for rent also :) Please come back in the near future.

Dear John & Cynthia, Thank you for your review. In your text messages to me you stated that you are "LOVING" the Honeymoon Suite and that "ALL IS AWESOME". After I read your review I checked on the water temperature of each shower in the Honeymoon suite and both of them had HOT water, but you need to let it run for about 1-2 minutes before it gets hot. Also, you may have had the dishwasher running, or a load of laundry at that time, or another person before you had taken a long shower and the water heater needed to reheat water. Your complaint about the check-out time: We work with a cleaning company who needs to start at 10:00 AM, but promises to be done with all our 16 apartments no later than 4:00 PM (often they are done earlier, so new arriving guest can check-in earlier too), and if they cannot start cleaning on time the cleaning staff moves on to other vacation rentals on the island and will not come back the same day. Now we all have "instant booking" online, and imagine we get a reservation in last minute, than the new guests will arrive to a dirty apartment. I explained all of that to you in detail, but believe it or not, I know for fact that most small accommodations on Siesta Key have 10:00 AM as a check out time. I have managed and owned my rentals for 20 years and I am always trying to please my costumers, but I do not clean my apartments, and so I have to work with the cleaning company's rules. You did not mention that I had offered you an "early check-in (8:00 AM)" if you wanted it for NO extra charge because the apartment had been cleaned the day before your arrival. I think that is noteworthy too. Sorry, but I take all reviews to my heart and would like guests to know that it is not an easy job to please each guest, but I ALWAYS try. It is easy to discredit and write negative reviews that can hurt a business. Please think about this when writing your next review and remarks that could have been discussed with the manager / owner / me. Instead of 5 starts you gave me 4 for reasons that weren't really "REASONS." I make a living with renting my apartments and not getting an excellent review may cost me potential costumers. However, thank you for having stayed at my resort and that you enjoyed your stay. Best, Virginia
