Super quiet finca with a view of the sea and the mountains

An approx. 100 year old Canarian house was expanded for the holiday apartment, the masonry was preserved and testifies to the simple but effective Canarian construction, as well as the use of natural raw materials. The apartment has about 90 square meters and consists of two large rooms, and a separate children's bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and two terraces (approx. 30 square meters). In the first room there is a fully equipped kitchen with four-burner gas cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and. v. m. if you like to cook, you won't lack anything.
In the dining area, consisting of a comfortable seating area. Afterwards you can sit on a small sofa on satellite TV for the latest news or watch a film or check your e-mails via WiFi.
You can also meet family or friends on the terrace by the fireplace, prepare Canarian specialties during a barbecue and end the evening under the starry sky of Tenerife.
A small selection of books is available for guests, as well as maps and information material.
There is also a 20sqm terrace with a view of the rising sun over Cran Canaria.

If necessary, a bungalow of approx. 40 sqm can be rented. It is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, table, fridge, radio / CD, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and from September with a small kitchen. This option is useful if two couples want to rent the apartment. The bungalow can also be rented separately, from there it has its own access and it was converted into a duplex living unit
