Steps from the magnificent miles of Zuma beach and the quaint Trancas village with Vintage Grocers, Starbucks, shops, boutiques, and restaurants.

---It has 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) and 3 bathrooms in a marvelous quiet neighborhood location.

---Clean and impeccably maintained.

--- Private master suites with king size beds on either side of the house

---The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

---Secondary master located on the opposite side of the house has an adjoining bathroom. Both light-filled rooms have superior king beds.

--The third bedroom has a queen bed

-- Fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

The kitchen has a large center island and is fully equipped. All major appliances-Vita mix included!

We really enjoyed staying in Patricia’s house in Malibu. The house was great for our family of six, clean and nice, and with a lovely garden. We used the beach nearby a lot, the area was really nice.

Western Malibu Bliss

This is our second stay in this quiet Western Malibu/Zuma neighborhood. The house is perfect — beautifully decorated and well maintained. Vintage grocers and Kristy’s are a 3 minute walk. Zuma beach and beach club are a 5 min walk. Sunsets are gorgeous. Really could not ask for a better stay. Patricia is a great host with lots of local knowledge about restaurants and attractions. Very responsive.

Wonderful stay in Malibu

My family and I had a fantastic stay in Malibu. We rented the home for the month of December and enjoyed each moment during the holiday season. Patricia was a great host and very accommodating. It’s located in a very peaceful and quiet part of Malibu just a short walk to broad beach.

Perfect in every way!

We are absolutely in love with this house. It is beautifully appointed. So clean and fresh and comfortable. Perfect for an extended stay. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for in home cooking. An extra bonus was the Vitamix for our morning smoothies! The outdoor gardens and courtyard are just beautiful. We enjoyed cold nights by the outdoor fireplace and warm days sunning on the patio. Patricia is the most attentive and responsive host. Rarely does a vrbo live up to our expectations…this one exceeded them! Thank you Patricia for a wonderful stay! We will be back.

Beautiful Home in Friendly Neighborhood

We have rented in Western Malibu for several years. We have had great experiences in the past. Our stay at Patricia’s home was the best yet. The home is immaculate and all the little details are taken care of. Beds, linens and towels are luxurious. Outdoor sitting areas, including courtyard with fireplace are a great place to relax with family and friends. Wi-Fi signal is strong for those zoom calls! Location is ideal for hiking and activities at Zuma beach. Communication with Patricia is very easy and timely. Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful, Serene and Magical

This home is peaceful, serene, and magical. Everything is perfect, with an owner to match! A luxe well-appointed home that's comfortable with a minimalist (yet practical) light bright inspiring and immaculate design aesthetic. Located on the west side of town (a short drive away from the hustle & bustle) in a residential local neighborhood and across the street from the beach. This house is a home away from home in a healing restful retreat and a more authentically local experience. Walkable to markets, coffee, drycleaning, gas, etc.

Fantastic home in a fantastic location

Patricia’s home is a cut above any other properties that we have stayed in. It is not only beautifully decorated and furnished, but is very practical in layout and everything that you could need is there - from the very well equipped kitchen to the body boards / frisbees / balls / chairs for the beach (plus a buggy to take them all to the private beach club!). The house was immaculately clean on arrival and the beds were very comfortable - the bedrooms stayed cool despite being 30 degrees in the day - there is AC but we didn’t need it. The outdoor seating areas were lovely and the patio with the fire pit made the perfect end to each day. The location is one of the best in Malibu - 3 min walk to the grocery store, restaurant and Starbucks, plus another 2 mins to the beach. It’s then a couple of miles to some great restaurants by Point Dume and a short drive to Malibu Pier and the rest of Malibu. As many others have said, the bonus is that unlike many other Malibu rentals which are directly on the (noisy) PCH, the house is set back from PCH in a peaceful neighbourhood like a mini calm oasis. After 4 wonderful days at Patricia’s home, we are sad to leave but it will be our first choice if we are ever back in Malibu.

Beautiful lovely Home

Stayed july 2019 We loved to stay in this charming home. Bedrooms so confortable and living and dining rooms, elegant and cozy. We went to Zuma Beach, only few minutes walking distance, while in the afternoon we relaxed in the beautiful gardens. Close to everything you need. Very nice retrait. Hope to come back next year. Perfect Relaxing Malibu Retreat

We travelled to California to attend a wedding and Patricia's beautiful home was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the very best of Malibu. The garden is spectacular and everything you could possibly need is provided for you. Access to the private beach club is a wonderful treat, it is only 5 minutes away and you can stop by Starbucks as you walk down. I highly recommend this special spot. We are already looking forward to our next trip.

A Treat in Malibu

We have stayed at Patricia’s house several times and we are always happy to be there.It is beautifully decorated and comfortable.The garden is a treat!The house is impeccably maintained. It is a short walk to Zuma beach and shopping and dining. I would recommend it to any of our friend visiting Malibu.

This is a beautiful home to stay in. Quiet neighborhood just footsteps away from the beach. This home has a high quality feel with all the comforts of home. I love the backyard and courtyard off of the guest room, very peaceful setting. I look forward to bringing my family back to enjoy this experience again.

Beautiful and quiet setting.

This is a lovely property tucked in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Every bedroom is comfortable with amazing pillows and linens. The garden is also fabulous. A gardeners garden! Everything you need is provided. Highly recommend. Malibu has a lot of rentals close to the PCH that are noisy. If you want a good nights rest then this is your place!

Malibu Perfection

We have stayed in Malibu in rentals several times over the years and we simply loved this home. The decor is beachy chic, the house was spotless, the layout was functional and everything is done high-end. Patricia the owner was responsive, easy to work with and she has thought of every little detail to ensure the property exceeds expectations. As other reviewers mentioned having Starbucks and Vintage Grocer within walking distance was huge. Also make sure and hit up Malibu Seafood, Neptunes Net and Paradise Cove Beach cafe. Overall we loved this home, enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it to anyone headed to Malibu.

Wonderful!!

My family and I had a fabulous stay at this rental. The pictures posted don’t do it justice. The lawn and outside space were perfect for our grandkids...and, everything was exactly what we expected and more. It was an over the top experience.

Heaven on Earth!

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this home was for us this past week. We wanted to be close to the beach in a nice neighborhood and we hit the jackpot! Patricia's home was pure perfection from the minute we opened the door. The home is pristine and the beds were SO comfortable. It was situated up the street from the Vintage Grocer and Starbucks plus the private beach access which was a dream. We could come back from the beach for lunch or a nap but be back in minutes for an afternoon session to watch the sunset. My 2 sons took surf lessons from a company that parked themselves right where we stayed on the beach too. They loved it! The yard is super private and the area is quiet and super relaxing. The home is perfectly appointed with everything you would need for a great stay including board games, beach chairs/towels & even a ping pong table in the garage which we loved and used every day! We are hoping to make another trip to the home in 2019! Thank you again Patricia for sharing your special place with the Mahon family. We adored it!

Quiet and Clean Family Haouse

Outstanding family home

This is a beautifully designed and maintained property. It is functional with several different areas that give a much greater sense of space so that we never felt on top of each other. The amenities are thoughtful. The location private yet a 5 min walk to the shops and beach. I highly recommend this home.

So clean and quiet, exactly what we wanted.

Didn’t want to stay in a place that felt like a hotel. We wanted a clean comfortable environment that was relaxing and that was exactly what we found. It was close to the beach if wanted, grocery store close by for food, backyard gets lots of sun, and neighborhood was very quiet. We had a very tranquil stay which was perfect.

Faultless

We were so extremely pleased when we arrived at the house. The location is fantastic in a very safe neighbourhood close to Trancas Shopping/Starbucks etc. The beach is a ten minute walk and you have access to many other beaches etc of Malibu very close by. As for the house, it was perfect. It was cleaner than any of the five star hotels we stayed in and the decor was lovely. The outdoor seating allowed you to follow the sun throughout the day and relax at night with the bbq and outdoor fireplace. My only comment would be the photos on here do not do the interior justice. We will be booking again. Thank you Patricia- the perfect property.

We loved it! Will rent again!!

My husband and I spent three weeks in this lovely home. We chose it for its wonderful location, easy access to the beach and walking distances stores. The decor is beautiful and each corner of the house has been carefully planned to please the eye. The home was comfortable when the house was filled with visiting friends and family. The kitchen was perfect and had everything there was needed to cook meals. Beds were comfortable and so were the sofas. We spent a lot of time in the garden and it was peaceful and pleasant. Patricia the owner was very helpful and she was a great hostess to us. We highly recommend this house and we are certainly book it again sometimes next year, no need to look for other homes, this was perfect for our needs and it met the standard of houses we usually stay in around the world wihtout being exhorbitantly pricey.

Excellent Experience

Absolutely gorgeous house! It is an amazing property with beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces. The house is immaculately maintained with a level of detail that goes above and beyond. The amenities are plentiful and top of the line. The location is serene and within walking distance to Zuma Beach and the great Vintage Grocers, which is very relaxing and convenient. Great and charming house

This property is really beautiful and our family enjoyed wonderful days in July 2017. The beds and the bedrooms are very confortable and all is clean and well organised. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the pretty backyard for our morning breakfast. Close to the beach and grocery, Patricia so kind and helpfull. We would like to come back next year.
