FAQ:

Q: How can you keep nightly rates lower compared to many similar size properties in the area?
A: We are not an investment property which enables us to provide our guests with amazing value (property size, location and all amenities that we offer) at a very modest price point. That would simply be impossible if we were to obtain such a property for business only.

Q: There are no cleaning charges posted in the profile. Do you clean the property yourself? Or Do you incorporate cleaning fees into your nightly rates?
A: Absolutely not to both:) We use our longtime housekeepers on a weekly basis regardless whether we host or not. As for ‘incorporating cleaning fees into our rates’ - that is simply impossible as we are using Smart Pricing software. Smart Pricing figures rates for our property by taking into account availability of rental homes in the area. Nothing else comes into play! Our nightly rates are actually very modest compared to other homes of equal value.
Q: What do you suggest guests bring with them when they arrive?
A:
Unlike investment properties and many other homes, our house is fully stocked. Kitchen, bathrooms, wet bar area and living spaces aren’t lacking amenities. You will find great variety of pillows, comforters, blankets, throws too.
Q: There are no ‘Extra Guests’ charges posted in the profile. Do you care how many guests stay at the house?
A: We complete HOA registration form for every group and only allow registered guests on premises. However we don’t believe that there should be additional charges for a larger group of guests or bigger family. That is simply nonsense!

Q: Are pets allowed? And is there a per night pet fee?
A: We only host fully grown crate trained dogs ages 3+. In loving memory of our beloved King Charles we have removed pet fees. Dogs stay FREE (valid though 05/12/2026)

Q: How many vehicles can your parking lot accommodate?
A: Our parking area is quite large. According to permits issued by Kidder Township the number of parking spaces is limited to seven (7) vehicles.
Q: Is there an additional fee for private yoga classes?
A: YES! We partner with a certified Yoga Teacher who can be booked in advance. Our guests receive special rates for yoga and meditation classes. Depending on the weather and group size classes can be conducted in our garden, on the beach or at the house.

A: We have been hosting way before VRBO has been around. We have guests that visit us every year for many years. We also have established relationships with number of modeling companies that use our property for commercial photography. Throughout years of hosting we welcomed so many amazing families, bachelors and bachelorettes, artists, singers, photographers, actors, writers and even a few celebrities. But most importantly, throughout our years of hosting we haven’t had a single unhappy group of guests.

Note for our SUMMER guests: We are right next to a white sandy beach, 2 lakes and childrens playground.

For SPRING_SUMMER_FALL guests: Grassy baseball field, volleyball court and small basketball court are all located right near the beach. Swim, sunbathe, enjoy a picnic at the beach or try to catch a fish!
