✍️ RULES & OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:
* Minimum Age: Renters must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. No parties or groups allowed. ㉕+
* Occupancy & Parking: Maximum of 8 guests (including infants) and 4 cars, per STR Ordinance.
* Quiet Hours: To maintain a tranquil family setting, quiet hours begin at 9 PM (ordinance compliant).
* Linens: Guests may bring pillowcases, sheets & towels or use our optional linen rental service (10% off with code MTMAPLEWOOD).
* Pets: Up to 2 approved adult dogs welcome ($25/day each). Sorry, no cats. Please follow our pet policy.
* Security & Monitoring: Exterior Ring cameras and Minut decibel monitor in use (ordinance compliance).

⚠️ COMMUNITY ACCESS & TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP:
• Lake Naomi Community: Located in the scenic Lake Naomi Community, offering summer guests the option of exclusive access to world-class amenities.
• Temporary Membership (Inquire First): Available during July and August (1-week minimum). Membership includes lakes and beaches, clubhouse restaurants, pools, tennis (court fees apply), golf (greens fees apply), recreation and social activities. Also included: the Logan Steele Community Center with indoor pool, spray park, whirlpool, steam room, sauna, fitness center, aerobic room, sports multipurpose room, café, indoor tot lot, outdoor playground, and WiFi.
• SUMMER: Only 4 total Temporary Memberships available; first-come, first-served. *** Please confirm availability before booking.
• Flexibility: Membership is optional—guests may also choose to enjoy the 101+ activities the Poconos has to offer outside of Lake Naomi.

⛔️ CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Refunds: Full refund if canceled 15–30+ days before check-in. 50% refund if canceled 7–14 days prior (depending on channel partner). No refunds within 14 days. Non-Refundable Option is not refundable.
• Process: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Mt. Maplewood Lodge and confirmed through the booking system. Taxes and credit card fees are retained and remitted.
• Early Departure: Unused nights are non-refundable.
• Deposit & Insurance: $500 refundable damage deposit required. Optional Accidental Damage Insurance available.
• Acknowledgment: By booking, guests agree to this policy and the rental agreement.
