Our accommodation comprises a 3-bedroom homestead, a 3-bedroom cabin and a 1-bedroom studio. Each has verandas and is fully self-contained with all the amenities and comforts you require for an idyllic and relaxing getaway.

King beds in the main house and cabin can be converted to twin beds, and pull-out/day beds allow accommodation for up to 4 additional guests if required (by arrangement).

When you book you have the entire property, there will be no other guests staying during your stay. There are 3 homes on the property.

Bookings of 10 guests and more will have access to all buildings.

The number of homes available to you will depend on your group size. Full use of the main house and pool will always be available. The cabin and studio will be available based on group size.

The owner lives in a separate property on the estate and generally does not interact with guests unless there is an issue. David and Greg are available by phone, details are provided prior to check-in.
The property is located in a quiet rural area. Guests are required to respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to reasonable levels at all times. Excessive noise complaints may result in a warning and, if issues persist, early termination of the booking without refund.

The number of guests must not exceed the booking number. Additional guests will incur costs as per our booking policy.

Please keep the premises and grounds in a clean and tidy condition.

We kindly ask guests to treat the home with the same care and respect as their own. The standard cleaning fee covers normal use of the property. In the unlikely event that extra cleaning is required, or if any damage or missing items are identified after your stay, we may need to request reimbursement.
