"Sea Anemone" Beautiful and Spacious, Great for Large Groups, Amazing Pool Area!

This spacious 2 story town home is perfect for large families or groups. The open floor plan is great for people to spend time together and is spacious enough to fit everyone comfortably.

The living room has a large sectional with plenty of seating for everyone to sit and talk or watch TV on the large flat screen TV. A cabinet in the living room opens and folds out into a queen size, memory foam bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining. The large dining table is perfect for seating large groups all together. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 1 full bathroom with a walk in shower all conveniently located on the 1st floor. The other 2 bedrooms and full bathroom are on the 2nd floor. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed while the 2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed AND a full size bed! Linens and towels are provided. All 3 bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Wifi and cable are provided.

There are 2 reserved parking spots right in front of the door which makes unloading and loading your car super easy. You will love the pool area! There is a splash pad and a playground which is great for kids. For the adults, there is a large pool and BBQ pits and tables around the pool area. The pool is even heated during cooler weather!

This beautiful place is centrally located on the island and is only a short 3 - 5 minute drive to the beach and Schlitterbahn and is within walking distance to some restaurants and other businesses (just on the other side of the fence around the pool area).

Check-in was easy, the kitchen was full of utensils and plates etc. WiFi was accessible, and parking was right in front of the unit. Everything was as described! My family of 8 had the best time and felt comfortable in this unit! We enjoyed the pool and loved that Whitecap beach was a 3 minute drive! We would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend if you have a big family like ours, this was a perfect spot!

Okay Beach Trip

The house was okay but we had a few issues that we wished were a bit different. Might be nitpicky but here it is. There was a spare bed but no bed sheet to fit the bed itself. Pillows with no pillowcases. The doors were hard to open and lock up. The house had a bunch of sand in it on carpets like it hadn't been dusted or cleaned out in months (we cleaned it up ourselves when we felt the sand). No hand soap in the RR, no extra TP, no paper towels. The TV's didn't work right, and at some point the TV became pixelated but my husband fixed it. Good things were the house cooled lovely, the pool was close, the trash was close, the beach was a 2 min drive, it was easy to check in and out, and we got out of there with little traffic to encounter. So not bad but not great.

So much fun

Loved that it was wheelchair accessible & the pool was close tot he unit. The beach was also very near by. Had a great stay overall

We really liked the property, and the owners were so helpful when we needed to change dates etc. we spoke to her personally and she was warm and welcoming. We were very appreciative that we were able to make the changes needed and liked the location. The home was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and convenient place

Overall our stay was very good. However there was one thing that made me question the cleanliness of the location. When we first arrived to the house all of the small children took off their shoes and played with each other for about an hour. Their feet were black with dirt from running around in the floor barefoot. It made me wonder if the floors were so dirty what else was. Hopefully it was just the floor other than that everything else was nice.

Great location!

Easy access to the beach. Property was clean and secluded. Pool area was nice, grandkids enjoyed it! Beds were very comfy.

Summer Fun at its finest

This was a great property for our family stay. Great location from beach access with 5 minute drive. Splash pool was a hit as well. Beds were comfortable. We absolutely would repeat our stay again.

Okay place

The place was decent but missing a few items and not the best upkeep. Beds weren't the most comfortable and TV remotes were not all working. Overall, decent stay but didn't feel like it offered value for money.

Vacay with my family

From booking our stay back in January to today July 24th being our last day this home was comfy home away from home. Randy was great with getting information about the check in/out process the week prior to our stay, as well as when we arrived we couldn't get the wifi to connect and Randy called as soon as he was free to do so and got us linked. The property was super home-y and was within a short drive to alot of local tourist attractions. The Selena museum was everything I hoped it to be, the Texas State aquarium was a blast for the whole family. Thank you Randy for an amazing stay.

Wonderful

Check in was easy. Everything we needed was in the home. Super cute decor and plenty of space for 5 adults and five kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wifi was great. The water pressure was amazing. Close to everything! Randy was super responsive when I sent messages. We truly felt at home and everyone had a blast. Thank you guys so much!

Excellent stay!!

It’s all about location and this property is perfect due to how close to the beach it is. If I had one con it would be that the dumpsters need a more robust pickup schedule during peak season.

Spacious and close to the beach.

Nice condo with comfy beds and good A/c. The pool was heated on the day we checked in which was nice. Good pool and playground for kids. Right down the street from the beach. Would definitely book again.

amazing trip & rental!!

My group and I really enjoyed staying at Randy's listing. The booking and check in process was super easy & we had no problem reaching Randy for help. The area has a 6ft adult pool thats not pictured and that area was super chill and relaxing to hang out at after the beach. The place could have used some trash bags but good thing we brought our own. Everything else was clean and ready when we got there. Great rental that accomodates a large group, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful

Pleasantly surprised that the house was more spacious than it seemed from the pictures. Had a wonderful time at the beach, only a short drive from this property. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or trash bags, luckily we brought some with us.
