This first floor, one bedroom, one bathroom unit is located in the popular family oriented Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This amazing unit is oceanfront and just steps away from the beach. The is unit is first floor with close access to the stairs. It boasts a beautiful view of the ocean.

Sleeps 5: Beds include: 1 King in the master, 1 Twin hallway daybed and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Renter must provide their own linens and towels. Condo has been completely Renovated and Redecorated with new ceramic tile, paint, and granite counters.

The unit offers 2 TV's. One in the living room and one in the Master bedroom. 1 DVD player. Cable throughout. Wireless internet access. A fully equipped kitchen rounds out this lovely condo. Dining table seats 4 plus a 2-seated breakfast bar area. A washer and dryer is also in the unit.

Pool area is located on the side of the building with ample seating. There is and over-sized oceanfront deck, 2 picnic tables, outdoor grill and 1 convenient onsite parking space per unit.

Beach Getaway!

This condo was easy to find and easy to access. The view was awesome! Saw a variety of wild animals from the deck. The owners were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable.

Spring getaway

This beautiful condo is exactly as advertised. Communication with Chris the owner was great. Well equipped and a very comfortable bed. We love this area, close to things to do and the beach area is very quiet and relaxing.

Wonderful Experience!

This place is fantastic! We loved the decor and Chris & Stacey had everything we needed to cook and basically live in a home away from home. They have a great place for two people to stay and be comfortable. The ocean was steps away to walk the beach everyday.

Amazing!!!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Chris and his wife have a little slice of paradise right at the beach. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable and was in such a great location, close to everything! We loved our stay and we are already planning to come back next year!!!

Doesn't get much better

First off, Chris is fantastic to work with. His communication was fantastic. The unit is a cozy little piece of paradise. It was the perfect size for my wife and I. (may be a bit tight for more adults, but a family with 2 kids should not be an issue) Being on the first floor is a plus as it's up 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit and wouldn't want to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor and carrying all the luggage and supplies up any further. Because it's a raised building can see the ocean w/o any issues. The area was quiet and we felt very safe and went for walks around the neighborhood at night. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this unit.

A place with a very nice energy

Maybe because a family has owned this condo for a long time and it is filled with loving memories and kindness or maybe it was just the ocean, but this rental had a cozy, warm energy that I've never felt in other places. My husband and I really liked staying here. Every night we went to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves and every morning we woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. We sat and ate breakfast looking at the ocean, spotting dolphins swimming by. We sat out on the balcony soaking in some sun while we read our book. The beach was so close that everyday we took frequent walks/runs on the beach, waded into the cold salty water, jumped waves, and collected shells. The beachside decor in the condo was a constant reminder of what a joy it is to be next to the ocean. It was a perfect place for us and we would go back with no hesitation. Chris, the host, was really responsive to communication and was helpful with anything we needed.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Great ocean front views. Convenient location to dining and shopping. Other guest apparently didn’t get the same set of rules that we did. Property management must have been on vacation too. The owner of the unit was quick to respond with any questions we had and even notified us the unit was ready for early check-in.

Stacy and I have been married since 1994. I am originally from Dayton Ohio and she is from Hackettstown New Jersey. We currently live in Fort worth Texas with our three children and grandchild. I have been vacationing in North Myrtle Beach since I was a small child and we have been bringing our family there every year since we married. Now our children are brining their families to the same spot at the beach.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

This unit has been in our family for over 15 years. It was previously owned by my parents and we were lucky enough to purchase our piece of heaven in October of 2015. We love the small feel of the Windsong building and how family oriented the Windy Hill area is in North Myrtle Beach. We spend mornings and evenings out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views, sunrises and sunsets. Fond memories of spending countless days watching our children laugh and play and grow up right in front of the condo we now call home.

Our location offers quick access to outstanding shopping, dinning, attractions and nightlife. There is so much to see and do or just spend your time completely relaxing at the beach.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The views from our living room with the windows open is completely beautiful. Sitting at the kitchen table in the morning and watching the waves roll in is what its all about. Having the chance to completely remodel and decorate our condo has made it even more special and we look forward to spending year after year in our beach home.
