This ultra beautiful custom home is situated in Alma, the highest incorporated town in America. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in downtown Alma, and only minutes away from Breckenridge. The 16 mile stretch between Alma and Breckenridge is one of the most scenic in Colorado.

It features 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft, 3 full bathrooms, game room, open concept living room and kitchen, and indoor hot tub room.

The kitchen features only the best granite counter tops, custom cabinets with soft closing drawers and doors, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, gas range and stove top, and a deep composite sink. Seating for 8 in the kitchen. Enough for a crowd. Pots, pans, skillets, spices and plenty of cooking utensils. Everything you need to make a gourmet meal.
We have a large outdoor charcoal grill as well.

Living Room has two over-sized leather couches and 1 over-sized matching chair and ottoman. Gorgeous gas fireplace with glass rock. 55" smart TV with DVD player.
With the open concept kitchen/living area, you can watch your favorite show while cooking your favorite meal.

Two matching master bedrooms feature queen size beds with ultra plush bedding, 32" TV, DVD player, full size bathroom and sliding glass door to the outdoors. You can watch for deer, moose, bear or other wildlife right from the comfort of your bed. Each master bath features a tub/shower combo with rain shower head, granite counter tops, and custom cabinets and tile work throughout.

Downstairs bedroom has bunk bed with full size bed and twin bed. Very comfortable pillow-top bedding in this room as well.

The sleeping loft has one queen bed.

Game Room has shuffle board table and Foosball table with gas fireplace, bar and game table.

Indoor Hot tub has large opening overhead door so you can enjoy the outdoor elements in the comfort of being indoors. The hot tub has color changing lights you can use while enjoying the warm bubbly bliss.

There are 4 smart TV's so you can log into your own streaming services to watch your favorite shows. Free WiFi. We also have a pack n play for small children and portable high chair as well as toys and lots of movies. Not to mention a game cube gaming system, Sega Genesis and endless board games.
There is also portable humidifiers and fans for your convenience.

If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will probably find it within minutes of the cabin.

This is a beautiful home to spend any season of the year. The access is year-round. 4-wheel drive or chains is a necessity in the winter months. The driveway and roads are plowed but you will need the chains or 4-wheel drive for deeper snow after a storm. It can also become slick if the snow melts and refreezes. We are not responsible if you choose to come to the home without the proper equipment during the winter months.
Parking is only available in the driveway at this time. 3 vehicle maximum.
