Mountain Aire' Getaway is an absolutely gorgeous custom vacation located atop a mountain just 20 miles South of Breckenridge. This luxurious home has 4 full size private bedrooms and a bath on every level. The location is private and secluded but in a developed area. The views from the home are of white-capped mountains and forests. They are breath-taking. This is not an ordinary mountain home. It speaks to luxury in every room and detail. The windows on the main level are floor-to-ceiling withe high vaulted tongue and groove beamed ceilings. The great room has gorgeous wood flooring and the other room have either tile or luxurious carpeting. The mountain decor is beautiful and finished with the upmost taste. The outdoors is just as luxurious as the indoors. There is a therapeutic hot tub with views of the white-capped mountains. There is even a horse shoe pit on site for your family or group to play. You will have many wonderful memories after your stay at Mountain Aire'.

The main level has a beautiful large kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The granite counter tops and custom cabinetry are gorgeous. The kitchen has stainless appliances including a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. It is stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, cookware, and everything you will need for your group's chef to cook your meals. It will be a true pleasure for them to cook in this kitchen with beautiful views. It is open to the great room so that your chef can chat with the rest of the group while cooking. There is a dining room off of the kitchen with a large table that seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen counter for 4. The dining room is surrounded by windows with great views and there is access to the deck from the dining room as well.

The "Great Room" is spectacular. There are floor-to-ceiling windows that show off the amazing views of the surrounding property. The ceilings are high and vaulted with tongue and groove pine and large beams. The flooring is a beautiful hardwood. There is a flat-screen TV above the fireplace with satellite programming so you will be able to watch your favorite TV shows or sporting events. Unfortunately, the fireplace does NOT currently work, and is being assessed for repairs. There is cute mountain decor in this room as well as throughout the home that includes, skis, snow-shoes, and sleds. The entire home is beautifully and tastefully decorated and has luxurious amenities.

The master suite is located upstairs. It is completely private and is not open to the downstairs. The master has a luxurious king size bed and custom log furnishings. There is a TV which is a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows from the comfort of your bed or from the private sitting area in the bedroom which has a sofa, easy chair and coffee table. The suite has a private deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a starry summer night. It is a great place to catch a glimpse of some of the wild life in the area like deer or bears. The master bath is equally luxurious with huge over-sized jetted tub where you can relax after a day of shopping, skiing, or hiking. There is also a very large walk-in tiled steam shower. The tile work in the shower is gorgeous. It is a hard choice to decide between this wonderful steam shower and the jetted tub. Enjoy!

The main level has a beautiful bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The furnishing are luxurious and there is even a private sliding door leading out to the deck so that you can enjoy the views and wildlife too. The bath has a walk-in shower and a beautiful granite vanity.

Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have queen size beds with equally nice furnishings. There is a bath downstairs with another walk-in shower. The game room downstairs has a comfy sofa and a TV. There are lots of puzzles and games and video games for the entire family or group. There is also a game table where you can play cards, games, or work puzzles. Everyone will enjoy this room!

Outside on the beautiful deck there is a new hot therapeutic hot tub with amazing views of the white-capped mountains and forest. There is outdoor seating as well as a gas grill that runs on natural gas so you will not have the hassle of changing out propane bottles. The views are gorgeous in every direction. You will create many happy memories here! There is also a nice horseshoe pit for your group to enjoy.

You will love this area as it is not congested with traffic like Breckenridge. It is close enough to enjoy the restaurants, shopping, and skiing but far enough away to not have the traffic, congestion and noise that you would have if staying closer. Fairplay and Alma are also unique towns with much to offer in the way of restaurants, bars, shopping, and festivals. Be sure to visit historic South Park City which is a restored 1800's mining town. It is awesome! Whatever you decide to do during your visit, the activities will only be minutes from the home as this is the best and most central location in Colorado. You can take a day trip to almost any of the famous location in Colorado such as Red Rocks, Colorado Springs, Canon City, Buena Vista, Black Hawk, Central City, Georgetown, and much more. * This home is pet friendly. We charge a $50 fee for each pet, and all pets must be approved. This fee is not included in the quoted rate, and will be charged after the booking is confirmed or the day of arrival on the reservation.
