Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom features a king bed along with a dresser and TV. The guest bedroom includes two double beds, offering flexible options for your group. An upstairs loft with a queen futon provides an additional space to lounge or rest during the day.

Outdoor living
Step out onto the screened porch, where open marsh views shift beautifully with the light throughout the day. It’s a quiet spot to enjoy fresh air, listen to the surrounding nature, or simply pause between outings. A backyard adds to the outdoor setting, offering more room to unwind.

Amenities & comfort
Stay connected with Wifi and a dedicated workspace. The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer, TV, kitchen, bathroom essentials, and a private entrance. Free parking on premises is available for two vehicles. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval and additional fees. (2 maximum)

Located within the gated Sawgrass Country Club community, the home is surrounded by natural scenery and coastal calm. Guests can enjoy access to a community pool and a nearby beach access point (no parking), making it easy to spend time by the water throughout your stay.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
