Top floor villa with beautiful decorations, panoramic lakefront views, privacy, and easy access to all the amenities of the Island on Lake Travis. Villa 3304 is centrally located on the Island property with a perfect location for enjoying the Island amenities and the spectacular views from a top floor corner location. The villa has been remodeled with granite counter tops, tile floors and a warm, inviting decor. This condo has all the amenities you could ask for including WiFi, washer/dryer, HDTVs, DVD player, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and breathtaking views of Lake Travis. The living room also includes a bar area, wine cooler, and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom boasts a new king bed with patio access and spectacular top floor views. The en suite master bath has a walk-in shower, tub, double vanity, and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a smart HDTV for streaming, and a beautiful courtyard view. The villa also has a second full bath in the hallway with a walk-in shower. Finally there is a fully equipped kitchen and lakefront patio with dining table for entertaining and great family vacations. Come visit and enjoy this wonderful property!

Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated community offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is this is not a resort. Many owners also live here so it's like being at home, not a hotel. Each condo is done to individual owners taste.

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.

There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!

When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional ā€œguestā€ spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check-In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our 4 nights on the island. I loved that there is access to the lake (near the tennis courts) so we could float for awhile. Hope the water levels come back up soon.

Management is very responsive. Great communication. The view is beautiful. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, cookware and more. I'd definitely want to stay here again if I revisit Austin.

The Island 3304

This condo had everything you might need, from an apron to small coolers and everything in between. Million dollar sunset view from nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. It was a bit chilly outside, so the electric fireplace was very appreciated. Looking forward to going again.

Great Views!!

My family and I had a great weekend getaway on Lake Travis. This place is wonderful and would recommend it to anybody. The drive to get here is awesome and its definitely a "Scenic Route". Once you get through the main gate, you will drive on a long driveway and will be in awe of the scene and will probably encounter the local deer. The condo is great and has a great view of the lake and one of their pools. The condo was clean and was very spacious for our family of 5. We will definitely be back!!!

Although the covers were yellow, the sheets and pillows were clean. The board games were scattered in the living room trunk, but we organized them. Overall the view was breath taking and the living space was hard to come back home from. A for overall experience. Take care of the spiders and A plus is guaranteed.

Almost perfect!

Cam was super responsive! Allowed us to bring a small Xmas tree. Just a few small issues kept me from 5 stars across the board: Master shower door off track, laundry door immovable ( off track), no sheets for couch bed ( looked in laundry room & closets) so my daughter slept on beach towel & quilts, .Maintenance responded quickly to small issue with guest toilet. The resort was beautiful & peaceful for a much needed rest. I was concerned about softness of master bed, but I slept great and my back & neck were less sore than I am on my own mattress! Overall, would definitely stay again! Thank you, Cam, for a great Christmas experience!

Youā€™re definitely paying for the view

Stayed Memorial Day weekend 2024. The view is amazing. We had to contact house keeping and maintenance during our stay and they were very responsive, respectful and helpful. The unit could use a deep clean. The kitchen is very dirty. The cabinets are sticky, the fridge has a smell and overall just not cleaned well. The master bed is super uncomfortable even after adjusting the sleep numbers and the shower door is hard to open. Overall not a horrible stay, but level set your expectations. Are paying for the view. Indoor pool was closed and outdoor pool not cleaned well or regularly as far as we could tell.

Pretty Good

So the place is pretty nice. There was a smell when we first arrived that we thought was from the condo, but as we continued the stay it was everywhere, like a sulfur/fart smell, that I think was coming from the lake. Just be aware of it. Pool was great, A/C was cold enough. Parking is pretty far from your condo since you are on the top floor, so bring a wagon or something, in case all the condo carts are taken. Lake access is far away, but not too bad. Lake was pretty low, so that did not help. Oh, and there was a leak in the faucet, maintenance came but did not fix, said they'd be back. Also, the pull out did not have sheets or blankets for it. We called though and they brought them to us the next day. Thanks for lending me the space!

Beautiful view with Little else to write home about

The unit location was great. Overlooking the lake and pool it was nice to wake up in the morning as well as watch the sunset. The property itself is dated with the decors, as seen in the pictures. My main issue was that the unit itself was not well maintained. It was dusty in areas that most people probably would not notice. We also ran into issues, which the property manager did a great job trying to fix things but it did leave us feeling underwhelmed about our stay. When we got to the property the unit was 85 degrees and even after letting the air run for 4 hours, it stayed that way. They had to bring in AC units for each room to cool the condo down so that we could sleep at night. The main AC kicked in the middle of the night but clearly the unit for the properly was not big enough to maintain the unit cool. Thank goodness for window units that they kept in the unit the whole time we were there. The kitchen faucet was also leaking. When we informed the maintenance worker, he said they were aware of the issue but could never figure out the leak. The more we used the faucet the worst the leak got until we couldn't stop the leaking and finally had to turn the water valve off. They attempted to fix it the following day but when we got home, the leak started again. when we informed the property manager, they sent the maintenance worker back and we came home with no faucet on the kitchen sink at all. The master shower door also sticks, which we were also informed that they are aware off, and the dryer was not working properly which we discovered the out vent was clogged. along with all those issues the cable was also not hooked up to the TV at all. They did fix this the next day. I feel as though the unit could be great with a little extra TLC and fixing the issues that I'm sure if the owner spent a day or two in the unit they would discover and hopefully try harder to fix. If you choose to stay on the unit definitely bring some extra things with you, which have never been anything that I had to for any other properties I have stayed at. The unit did not have beach towels/pool towels. Kitchen towels and extra pillow cases. They have ample Pillows but no pillow cases. We did ask the property manager where we could find pillow cases, we were told they would bring us some, but we never got any. Make sure you also wash anything you use in the drawers or cabinets. I found some cockroaches and eggs on things I pulled out of them.

Always a great place. Once pools reopen and virus goes away it will be awesome again. Owner would be well served if that unit had quality king and queen beds in the rooms and a TV for both bedrooms.

Nice lakeside getaway

The location is breathtaking, this particular unit is located in the prime spot of the property with great view. Only downside is their beds are a bit uncomfortable and the frames pretty cheap/inferior. I'd definitely come back again but likely stay at a different unit.

Ok stay for a condo owner, less relaxing for short stay

We visited The Island at Lake Travis a month after the 2021 winter storm in Texas. Unfortunately this meant the pool & hot tub were closed. The restaurant had sporadic hours as well. With the nearest grocery store ~15 mins by car away, that meant we had to be prepared to cook entirely for ourselves. The beds were very uncomfortable in our unit - squeaky and extremely soft mattresses and definitely needed a box spring in the main bedroom. The kitchen was well-outfitted with equipment but had absolutely nothing available - not even olive oil, butter, or coffee - again, we had to make sure we brought everything we could possibly need for food, seasonings, cooking, etc. Our unit had a few games as well as limited smart tv features. Elevators worked fine & generally available, but the building is primarily designed to access facilities using the many stairs - this made navigating with a stroller very difficult. Parking was fine & the lot is very well lit. Tennis courts and shuffleboard are available but (perhaps post-covid) it might be nice to have the ability to borrow equipment rather than bring absolutely everything on your own. There are a few nice hiking spots within 20 minutes drive but unfortunately many of the nearby & closer beaches are closed for private neighborhood use. The balconies are lovely and large, and offered stunning lake views. I could see that for a condo owner, this would be a very nice place to visit if you keep what you need on-site. For just a few days, however, at the price, I would rather go to a place with more amenities & on-site activities (with equipment) - something that I know is available at other similar resort destinations.

Nearly Perfection

Our family of 4 had a blast in this 2 bedroom, 3rd floor unit. The view of the lake and pook were impeccable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including a blender for my wife's daily smoothy and a secondary fridge for drinks. The neighboring units were relatively quiet. Overall, the property is very walkable and we explored both edges. We fished toward the marina and we swam and jumped off rocks on the opposite side. I recommend the owner of the unit update the matresses. There are only 2 drawbacks: the main bedroom's matress folded like a taco, and it may be weeks for my back to recover. It must be updated. The fans were great but all were a bit squeaky and the remotes were a bit finicky. I hope we can come back here again!

Nearly Perfection

We had a blast in this 2 bedroom, 3rd floor unit. The view of the lake and pook were impeccable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including a blender for my wife's daily smoothy and a secondary fridge for drinks. The neighboring units were relatively quiet. Overall, the property is very walkable and we explored both edges. We fished toward the marina and we swam and jumped off rocks on the opposite side. I recommend the owner of the unit update the matresses. The main bedroom's matress folded like a taco. The fans were great but all were a bit squeaky and the remotes were a bit finicky. I hope we can come back here again!

The place was so dirty, unsanitary, and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks!! And was no any option to move to other place, it was very bad experience.
