You will love this cozy home within walking distance of Olivet Nazarene University! A great place to bring the family as we are close to the Perry Farm Park which have bike and walking paths for the family to enjoy. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV and very comfortable leather couch, loveseat & rocker recliner furniture to relax in. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including the dishwasher microwave stove refrigerator. It is stocked with everything you need should you choose to make your meals at the home. All you need is the groceries! We do have some spices and oil for your use! There is a Keurig coffee pot with coffee creams and sugar for your enjoyment. We also supply a drip coffee maker for those that like more than one cup. The full tub and shower bathroom is bright and clean! The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 55" smart tv. The second bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with 55" smart tv...For the little ones in the family we supply a pack and play & high chair. We also have a queen-size deluxe airbed which is also in the home. There are also extra sheets, pillows and blankets if you need them. The home has forced air gas heat and central air to make sure that you're comfortable year-round. There's also a laundry room with complimentary detergent. There is a detached one-car garage for your use. We do have a charcoal grill if you wish to use with complimentary charcoal and lighter fluid. The home is very conveniently located near restaurants shopping. As a host I do everything possible to ensure that you have an excellent visit! You may request anything and I will be sure to have it for you before you arrive. The home has a smart Lock for your safety and convenience of not having to use a key.

Great house in an excellent neighborhood. Close enough to walk to ONU and many other places. Nice fenced in backyard. The house was clean and the beds were incredibly comfy. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property was fantastic for us. Clean, everything worked as advertised. An excellent property in a quiet neighborhood with access to everything. We were in town to fish the river and enjoy the nearby state park. Absolutely perfect.

This house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We came down to play golf and found 3 courses within 20 minutes. We will be definitely coming back..

We had a great stay here! We had meeting so we werenā€™t at the property except to sleep, but the location was good. I loved the charm and character of the older home style but updated amenities and enjoyed reading the story of the home.

Home was clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes and appliances. Cozy kitchen. Internet wasnā€™t working but we didnā€™t need it the days we were there. We didnā€™t have the kids with us but if they had been there it would have been plenty of room for them to sleep. Large living room, tiny but cozy kitchen.

Good location

The house was a great central location for a few destinations we were traveling to. It had ample space for three adults and added bonus of being able to bring a dog. Was clean, well kept, comfortable and the property manager was easy to get a hold of when we had a question. Good overall stay.

We lived in Manteno all our lives. We have two children and 5 grandchildren. We love the small town of Manteno ,but also love to travel. We enjoy staying VRBO's when we travel, we enjoy it so much that we decided to open one in Bourbonnais. Our main focus is to make your stay perfect. We want our home to be a relaxing oasis, stocked with all the comforts of home with special touches to make your stay memorable. Check us out and let us exceed your expectations! Questions?... just ask. We respond quickly! We purchased this home from a long time friends of ours. Hayward and Marcella Smith bought this home brand new shortly after he returned from the war. They raised their two children in this home. Smitty and Marcella lived here until they both went into assisted living. Smitty and Marcella actually won the dance contest at our sons wedding. This home has a special place in our hearts and we hope that you enjoy this home as much as we do.. If Smitty could talk to us now he would say "Steve" you old Rascal I'm really proud of what you did to my home.

This home is conveniently located close to everything. The home has a beautiful fully fenced in back yard. We supply adult and children's bikes for your enjoyment. You can ride to Perry Farm which is about a 5 minute bike ride away.

The home is close to Olivet Nazarene Collage ,CSL Pharmaceutical, Armstrong Tile and lots of shopping and restaurant's nearby. Beautiful Kankakee River State Park which has walking and bike trails along the Kankakee River. 5 minutes away the family will enjoy the Perry Farm Park which is a short bike or car ride away.
