Send us your questions! We want you to feel comfortable in reaching your decision to book Dolphins and Rays! BEACH SERVICE (two chairs and umbrella) is INCLUDED (March 1 through October 31) with your rental!

Luxury vinyl plank installed in bedrooms! There is NO carpeting in this unit.

Celadon Beach Resort, in far Western Panama City Beach, features incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located in the most desirable west end and only 35 minutes from San Destin in the Florida Panhandle. Take a stroll down the white sugary sand beaches, enjoy the many resort amenities or just relax in your luxury condo - Celadon Beach has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!

This beautiful third floor unit has a private balcony, accessed from the master bedroom and living room, with incredible Gulf of Mexico views! You can relax and watch the dolphins and rays play in the clear emerald green water.

Other features of this unit include: Two king bedrooms, with attached baths; granite counter tops in the kitchen; Full sized bed in the bunk room; Large capacity (real) washer and dryer; Queen Sleeper sofa; and more!

Panama City Beach's shopping, dining and entertainment center, Pier Park and Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater are only five minutes from the condo. Frank Brown Sports Complex, the new Russell-Fields Pier along with other Panama City Beach attractions are also conveniently located.

The Celadon Condo Association requires that the renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of identification and be the main occupant of the condo for the entire stay.

Celadon Beach Resort is a non-smoking facility. Pets are not allowed. Owners' family members have severe animal allergies.

Amazing!

From the beginning I was impressed by the owner, Frank, reaching out to talk to me about the location and information I needed. Frank kept me updated on local things like the water boil advisory. Check in was early and super easy! The place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view! I loved how close the beach was and the 2 different pools. Overall it was a great place and was a great trip.

Great vacation rental

The building is the last one on the west end of Panama Beach which allows for a less busy area, but close enough to get to many things in town. The owners were very nice and responsive to all questions. The place was very clean and comfortable.

One of the best vacations we have enjoyed.

We loved our stay in this condo! The owners stayed in touch with us before, during and after our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. They provided recommendations for restaurants and beach photographers. Their hospitality and their beautiful beachfront condo helped to make our trip memorable.

Awesome Beach Getaway

What a relaxing place to stay and soak up the Florida sun and listen to the waves! Look out your deck directly on the beach and ocean, minutes from a walk on the beach or laying out and getting a tan. Condo was awesome, clean and everything was there to make our stay comfortable! Really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor heated pool too!

We believe everyone deserves a day (or month) at the beach! The beautiful, calm, emerald colored Gulf waters kissing the white, sugary sand beach made us fall in love! We invite you to find out for yourself! We would love to share our little slice of heaven with you!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Celadon, is the most westerly condominium (also, literally closest to the Gulf) in Panama City Beach. There is a "ton" of beach to call almost your own directly west! This makes it more quiet, and family friendly than the more hectic "spring break, let's PARTY!" groups down at the east end. The best part is you can still be "in the middle" of everything, in minutes!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Located just two miles from Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater and Frank Brown Park. Celadon is only 15 minutes to the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City Beach. Southwest Airlines and Delta are having some great fare sales into Panama City Beach and many flights are nonstop!
