The Cottage is Pet Friendly with Fee - Park your car and forget about it for the week. This newly renovated 2 bedrooms quaint cottage is in a park-like setting to take your pet out. Just a short walk 1/10 mile to the village bakery, shops, and beach. This free-standing cottage features a fully functional eat-in stainless steel kitchen. All of the amenities of home, this unit features: Large 50" flat panel HD TV, bedroom TV, free Wi-Fi Internet, basic cable, sectional couch, chairs, cottage style dinette table/set complete with all cooking utensils, outside BBQ grille picnic table/chairs and central air conditioning. Your well behaved, a small pet is welcome for a pet fee of $15 p/night with owner approval. Just bring your clean linens and food for the week. Conveniently located and set back, in a park-like setting this is a superb location! Please note there is an Early 11:30 AM check-in and following 9 AM check-out for cleaning. Thank you

Adorable Clean Cottage in the Heart of Ogunquit and Pet Friendly

This adorable 2 bedroom cottage is a short (3 minute) walk to Ogunquit center and (6 minutes) to the most beautiful beach. It was great since we could go to breakfast in-town and walk back home to walk the dog. Then off to the beach where we would walk back home every couple hours to walk the dog. Amazing Location. Loved it ! Will definitely book again ! John

Sandcastle Retreat

Sandcastle cottage was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, great beds, well equipped kitchen, perfect location for walkers - easy access to town, beach and Marginal Way. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better venue for my getaway!

The sandcastle cottage was a perfect location and space for our family of four!

The cottage size and location were perfect for a two week stay in ogunquit. Walking distance to the beach and downtown area made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again next summer. For a longer stay, it would be helpful to have a few more cleaning supplies in the closet, but otherwise it had exactly what we needed.

Lovely little cottage with easy OGT access

My wife and I traveled to Maine with our 6 month old daughter for our 10th year of Ogunquit summers. Frank and Michelle's place was perfectly situated for our needs. Spacious enough for the two of us and the baby with all the simple amenities one needs for vacation. Well located for morning walks to breakfast, the beach, or shopping around OGT. We had the opportunity to meet the hosts during checkout and they were so lovely. Sharing parenting stories is always helpful as new mom and dads. Thanks!

The cottage was clean and homey. The mattresses were comfortable. Very conveniently located to everything . The host and hostess were great. Highly recommend it It is small but cozy and has everything. but sheets and towels.

Great little cottage!

Adorable cottage located away from the Main Street but close enough to walk to town and gorgeous Ogunquit beach. Owners Frank and Michelle were so welcoming and helpful during our stay. Comfy and casual, the cottage comes with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The Beach cart really came in handy!! Overall great experience!!

Terrific location in a marvelous Beach town!

We truly enjoyed our Ogunquit vacation and stay in the Sand Castle cottage! The size was perfect for our family of three and we loved being able to walk to the beach and downtown . Frank was great - very responsive and thoughtful As we were driving from Illinois for our vacation, bringing our own linens (sheets and towels) worked out fine, however this would have been challenging if we had flown in.

Great cottage / location

Had a great time staying at the cottage. Great location... Nice and quiet, yet close to everything. The cottage was extremely clean and well kept, the kitchen had everything we needed (tools, pans, place settings, etc.). Having the second parking space for visitors /guests was super handy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year. Frank and Michelle were very responsive and able to answer every question we had quickly.

cute cottage in perfect location

we had a wonderful time. The cottage was cute, clean and was perfect for what we needed. The location was great, didn't have to drive unless we went to another town. It was equipped with everything needed, even more then expected. Frank was so easy to deal with, a real pleasure. We will for sure stay there again on our next trip to Ogunquit.

Wonderful cottage!

We had such a lovely time staying here! The cottage was very well appointed with everything you will need. We loved how you can walk to everything. We walked to the beach and the provided beach caddy and umbrella were great! It is very close to route 1 but it is in a quiet area which is very peaceful. The beds were comfy and the cottage very clean. We also enjoyed the Apple tv for when we were relaxing inside. The kitchen has everything you need and we used the grill and oven to make a few meals. Overall, we would definitely stay again and look forward to when we do!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

I had the privilege of staying in this cottage for 5 weeks last fall. Everything was new and the place was immaculate. Great location - just a short walk to Ogunquit and the beach. Easy walk to nearby restaurants, many local shops and grocery store. Walking round trip from the cottage to Perkins Cove via Marginal Way and then along the main street coming back was 2.6 miles. Nestled in trees, it has the feel of privacy while being just a few steps from town. The owners are very easy to work with and available when you need them. Hoping to be able to rent this again soon! Highly Recommend!

Beautiful cottage, great location

We just returned from a week in the Sandcastle cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The recent renovation really elevated the cottage in terms of amenities and effective use of space. It was very clean, and our kids in particular appreciated the comfy living room with big screen TV. The owners went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating, and the location is super convenient-- an easy walk to the beach and downtown. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Great cottage near Ogunquit Beach

Our family recently rented the Sandcastle Cottage and enjoyed our stay. The cottage is recently renovated, very clean and within a 10-15 minute walk to Ogunquit beach. Large flat screen and Apple TV was a plus! I would recommend this cottage to families with young children. Owner of cottage was very friendly and accommodating.

Location was very important to us, we found this location great to access the bakery, village, Pizza shop and beach.

Nice outside park like property with front lawn furniture to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Respectful pet owners of a small well behaved dog are welcome to bring him/her along for your stay. This was an important benefit to bring along our family pug dogs on vacation with us.
