Direct Ocean front "The Palms" Ocean Club Resort-2 Bed

Jaco Beach, The Palms Ocean Club Resort offers private direct access to 3 outdoor pools, including a children's pool adjacent to the cool water private lap pool plus a resort sprawling pool at Croc's Hotel next door with waterfalls, bridges, in pool lounges, hot tubs and a pool bar. There is also a private beach area next to a beautiful lagoon.

We offer pool side food and beverage services, multiple restaurants, coffee lounge, nightclub, and the largest Casino in the area.

This luxury oceanfront apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 KING BEDS, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen and a large balcony with a new BBQ. This particular suite includes free unlimited WiFi, 65 " LED TV in living room, and a 42-inch SMART TV in the master bedroom, 42" SMART TV in second bedroom with world wide TV channels on firestick and free Netflix. Air conditioning and a Bluetooth sound system are also provided. We provide you quality spa like bath towels as well as pool towels. We now offer 4 lounge chairs on the large balcony along with a 4 seat round dinner table. Remote controlled fans as well offer added breezes while outside.

Guests have full access to facilities at the neighbouring Croc's Hotel, which include pools, shops, restaurants and a large casino. Guided tours and activities can be booked on site, including horse back riding, deep-sea fishing, surfing, jet skiing and even get a massage on the beach. Lounge chairs and sun brellas offered on the beach from private services.

Rental cars can be prearranged from the Airport (SJO), or to be delivered directly to your suite. Short 1-5 km cab rates are about 2-3 dollars. The entire Jaco Beach zone is within these distances. Shuttle services from the Airports to our location can also be prearranged for about 130 dollars.

Golfing at La Iguana is only a 10 minutes drive away. Juan Santamaria International Airport is located 85 km away. Car and scooter rental and airport shuttles can be arranged on request, and free parking with 24-hour surveillance is also provided on site.

We provide full 24 hour security of parking, pool and beach areas. Onsite reception and guest services. You can even prestock your fridge with a complete shopping list of food and refreshments.

Excellent Condo in an ideal location

The condo was clean, well-stocked, and accurately described. The beds and linens were very comfortable, the AC worked great, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. And having access to the pool and amenities at Crocs next door is also a huge plus. This is a very nice condo with an owner (Barry) that is readily available for any questions or concerns

Look no further- this condo has it all!

We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend to others! 1. Super location- right on the beach with a quiet condo pool, and the added benefits of the Crocs resort access next door with more pools, bars, restaurants and casino. Also close enough to walk to town for shopping and dining. 2. Great host- Barry was super responsive to questions and helpful. Condo was very clean and had everything that we needed, instructions to operate tv, wifi etc. were helpful. 3. Other comments- the condo complex is also very quiet, we never heard anyone above us or on either side during our stay. 24 hour security and gated access were a plus. Great views of the ocean from the balcony and beautiful sunsets.

Not recommended

Would not recommend this property. Owner refused to let us out of our week long rental after more than half of deck cracked and came out of ground as a result of shifting. There are plenty of less expensive rentals nearby. The parking is almost nonexistent if you were to bring a vehicle as. Ocean can be barely seen from patio through the palm trees. I would not describe this as a luxury condo.

We would book this property again!

We loved staying at The Palms. Our condo was everthing that was listed on line. We had an extended stay vacation of 3 weeks. The owner of the condo was gracious enough to keep in contact with us through out our stay to ensure that we were doing ok, finding our way around, answering questions about restaurants, and any additional help. This unit exceeded our expectations, 100%. The owner exceeded our expectations, 100%. Costa Rica did not disappoint. Pura Vida!

Our experience was great!! Barry the property manager was very good to deal with, he was accommodating and easy to connect with. The condo was nice, modern and had all essentials. When we arrived it was a pleasure to see all of the local art work throughout the condo. The condo was clean and well organized with an amazing view of the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor living area on the balcony was perfect for 4 people it was spacious and had comfortable loungers. We were lucky enough to be able to watch a lightning storm over the ocean one evening from the balcony as well as watch the amazing sunsets almost every night. The BBQ on the balcony was a nice touch which we used on several occasions. We absolutely had a great experience and would definitely return to this condo next time we are in Costa Rica Thanks again Barry

Excellent Condo in an ideal location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Palms. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and accurately described. The beds and linens were very comfortable, the AC worked great, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. And having access to the pool and amenities at Crocs next door is also a huge plus. This is a very nice condo with an owner (Barry) that is readily available for any questions or concerns - a real value and comfort all the way around. I look forward to a return visit.

Very Nice Location

Location was only 5 min trip from main strip, ubers were a little hard to get but can take a taxi everywhere! Would like to book for a longer stay, but my trip was to see multiple area in Costa Rica! The Security staff was very helpful! Barry was very accessible thru the Whats app Application! Ready to do this again!!!

Amazing View

We chose to stay at this property for the view and we were not disappointed. We spent many evenings on the patio watching the sun set and listening to the waves crashing on the shore. It is modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is at the north end of the beach so it is away from too much noise and activity. There are good restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Or we could walk a little further or take a cheap taxi ride and have access to a larger selection. The beach is 4 km long and a very enjoyable walk, especially during low tide. A great place to have a memorable vacation.

Best location and value on the strip.

Spotlessly clean at check in. Great to have the Croc's Hotel next door and enjoy their facilities as well. Friendly staff and great 24 hour security.

Vacation of a lifetime!

We loved our stay at this condo. We had a beach front view of the ocean. The sound of the ocean was relaxing. We saw lizards, iguanas, tri-color squirrels, maccaws, and various other birds from our balcony. There were coconut and almond trees right off the side of our balcony. If we had any questions the owner, Barry, replied, via text, in a timely manner. Parking is very limited at the condo, but we had free access to the pool and parking at the resort/casino next door. The condo was clean, modern, and the A.C. units were wonderful. The security staff was helpful and friendly. We booked 2 excursions through the property management company and was well satisfied with them. And, our deposit was processed and returned within a week of our arriving back home. If our family ever goes back to Jaco, Costa Rica, we would stay here again.

Amazing Condo on the Beach!

So many people we talked to were surprised that we were staying in Jaco during our Costa Rica trip, now after staying in Jaco, and this condo, we are SO GLAD that we made it one of our stops! Not only is the condo fabulous, the location and people we met there made it a highlight for us. Barry and the management team have thought of every detail to insure your stay is comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the Crocs resort next door. The tips in the information book for places to eat and best sunset location were priceless. The hidden gem, Chinitas Paradiso for lunch is a must! Pura Vida!!

Best view and location in the building

We had a power outage for about 30 minutes but so easy to walk down. I felt sorry for people on higher floors, especially in the hot weather. This unit is on the second floor, so you never need to lock the doors, and security is directly across from the suite. Professional paintings throughout offers a luxury feel. High quality towels, bed sheets and cutlery added to our experience. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back every year.

Great beachfront condo in jaco

A wonderful condo on the north end of the beach, close to the tide pool rocks where you can spend hours poking around looking for sea creatures. Scarlet macaws flew by the balcony almost every day. The use of the large pool at Croc's next door was an added bonus. The condo has almost everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Jaco is a busy lively beach town with friendly locals and so many shops and restaurants to try. Close to Carara National Park and other "eco" adventures. The security staff at the Palms is very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and thank Barry for sharing his place.

Paradise found

The condo was clean and very spacious. All the amenities we needed were readily available. The view is breathtaking and words cannot describe how happy we were to have stayed at this perfect condo. Steps from the beach, clean pool overlooking the beach, large rooms, large bathrooms, huge deck overlooking the ocean. We even had a first row firework show feet from our condo one night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The town of Jaco is wonderful, the food is great and there is lots of choices, the people were friendly and it is simply paradise found.

Simply Amazing!

We just returned from this amazing paradise. The condo has all the amenities and more needed to make your stay perfect. The view is spectacular and saw breathtaking sunsets every night. There is 24/7 security and the staff at the Palms are very helpful and accompanying. Jaco is an awesome town with the friendliest people I have ever met. Thank you Barry for sharing your paradise... This suite is only about 8 years new. In early November 2015, the suite was freshened up with new Gluckstein collection Spa towels and 650 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Also, to make our guests remember us we installed a new 47 inch LED 3D TV (living room) along with a new 40 inch LED SMART TV (Master Bd) and 49" LED SMART TV (2nd bed). We stock 5 or more 3D movies with 4 pairs of 3D viewing glasses. It's very relaxing to be here and enjoy all the fun, but then relax with your family at night to watch a 3D movie. We included at no extra charges Unlimited Netflix, and unlimited local and North American calling. Not to mention free unlimited WIFI. Plus Bluetooth sound system so you can enjoy your favorite music. We have 24 hour full security of the parking and the ocean side, so you can really have a vacation with absolutely no worries. You don't even need a car. We can shuttle you directly from the Airport, then you can simply enjoy the 3 restaurants at our neighbouring Hotel.
