JACO HEAVEN- Beautiful beach penthouse!
Beautiful recently renovated penthouse right ON THE BEACH! Amazing ocean views with multiple balconies and PRIVATE roof top terrace. Gorgeous pool area and fast WiFi with 2 Smart TVs. Just steps to the beach and 10-15 minute walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. Gated complex with 24/7 security. Tons to do in and around Jaco, everything from world class fishing and surfing to rain forest waterfall hikes, to ATV tours, whitewater rafting and zip lining!
The condo is spacious and SUPER CLEAN and each bedroom has a king size bed with luxurious linens. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances a coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, dishwasher and microwave. All the comforts of home including an in-condo washer/dryer. Very tastefully decorated. Multiple balconies and terraces with unobstructed ocean views. Access to outdoor showers, sun loungers and patio furniture with umbrellas in the pool area is easy. Lots of fun activities nearby and close to rain forests and national parks as well making this a prime location for a Costa Rica vacation.
Guests have access to the entire condo unit, all balconies and private rooftop terrace as well as Bahia Encantada common areas including pool, grounds and parking.
Our condo is part of a gated community and as such the last 4 digits of all guest`s passport numbers are required in advance for entry per complex security rules. All guests must be added via this process before check-in, as no additional guests can be added after check-in per the condo`s security rules.
This condo is a walk up, on the third floor. There is no elevator access to our unit.
Early check-in or late check-out can be purchased in 2 hour blocks for $50 (Subject to availability, contact host for more information).
Hosts are available via email, text or what`s app to answer any questions anytime! Our #1 goal is for you to have an amazing time while in Costa Rica!
Please note, we ask guests not to turn down the AC below 72 degrees as this can potentially freeze the coils of the AC unit.
Condo is located in the desirable Northern section of Jaco Beach.
As hosts we work with a reputable, English and Spanish speaking local property management and concierge services that can provide airport transportation and tour information if interested. Also taxis are abundant in Jaco and costs are very reasonable, usually around $2-3 US to go anywhere in town from our location.
• Offensive, loud, disorderly, unlawful and/or lewd behavior is strictly prohibited
• No drugs, prostitution, firearms, fireworks, or fires of any kind are allowed on the property
. Security reserves the right to check passports for all incoming guests, and the last 4 digits of the passport number for all guests are required in advance of stay for access to the property.
• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times
• Pool Rules:
Opens at 8:00AM and closes at 10:00PM (certain limitations may apply)
There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
No diving and no glass allowed in the pool or surrounding areas
• If glass is used by a guest in or around the pool, and the glass breaks in or around the pool, the pool will need to be drained, cleaned and/or repaired at the guests sole expense per the booking agreement (the cost for this can be up to thousands of US dollars), so please refrain from using any glass in and around the pool, thank you!
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the condominium, extra cleaning fees will be charged to the guest if a smoke smell is detected during cleaning
• No drying clothing, bathing suits, or towels on balconies (please use the dryer in the condo - this is an HOA rule)
• Please rinse off sand and sunscreen using outside showers prior to entering the condominium to prevent damage to condo furnishings
• Any damage caused by guests to furniture, linens, appliances, electronics, etc. or the condo itself or any common areas of Bahia Encantada is to be reported to the host as soon as possible to ensure quick repair. Reasonable and appropriate fees to cover the costs of the damage may be charged to the guest at the owner`s discretion.
• Late checkout, after 11am local time, without prior approval from host will incur a minimum charge of $75. We allow for no-charge early check-in or late check-out if available an approved in advance.
