We have been very excited for this stay, the rooms were immaculate, and everything was very clear and easy! The host was super nice, and very easy to communicate with, and it was in a location that made it very easy to walk around and get to cute shops, we will absolutely be back again!

This is truly located in the “Heart” of the Arts District in RVA. The condo is a comfortable and clean space with huge windows to watch the city move below. We were able to walk to everything we had planned therefore we used the daily parking behind the building for a minimal cost. We enjoyed staying in this little oasis in the middle of the city!

We chose to stay in this location hoping to walk around town. However we did not feel safe in doing so. The parking situation was not ideal as we struggled particularly on the weekends. The Manager Tommy was very nice

Property was just as described. Management was very responsive to questions and quick to answer any concerns, which there was only one. Perfect location within walking distance to many great restaurants, theaters and shopping spots. We will definitely stay again when we return to Richmond.

Another great stay

My second stay with Mark thorough VRBO; again, it was a great stay. Amenities were great, location is stellar. Mark and his time went above and beyond. Will stay again if ever back in Richmond!

Awesome Experience

Perfect Location!

The art district is amazing and this unit is smack in the middle to be able to access both downtown and per take in all the activities the district has to offer. The unit was extremely clean and had a great view. We loved our stay here and will stay again if returning on business in the near future.

Delightful Stay

My husband and I really loved this apartment. Mark and Tommy were great hosts. The check in was easy and efficient. Property was very clean and comfortable. Nice coffee place across the street and good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!!

I really loved this place! Clean and neat and had everything I needed. The hosts were very helpful. I recommend this place highly! Lots of great places to eat in the area and an easy walk to local stores, museums and beautiful neighborhoods...fall colors were amazing. Thank you for 3 wonderful days!

Long term Stay.

I stayed with mark for over 60 days. Fantastic location, mark is very prompt with requests and communication. The apartment is very clean well appointed I will stay again in the future.

Great Condo in Arts District of Richmond

Condo was clean and well-kept. Building entrances in front or back were easy and safe. Tommy in the Music Store was a big help and ready to assist. Highly recommend.

Hot time in Richmond

Although we usually stay in hotels when we are in town only for a couple of nights, we decided to try this condo, and are glad we did. Although it is not downtown, it is right on Broad Street so easy to get to other places. There was reasonably priced parking behind the building which worked out well. The condo was beautiful, with original floors, 16 foot ceilings, and very modern and clean. Mark communicated frequently with us, and the whole checkin process went well. It was nice to have our own space with a living room and kitchen to relax in after being out in the heat all day. Great place!

Thanks for leaving such a nice review. Glad you could appreciate the work it took me to get this place looking like this. Btw, you stayed in the same condo I put my parents in when they visit...although I like several others as well. :-)

Great Stay

The unit is even better than the photos. The high ceilings and large windows give a spacious feel. We checked in on a Monday which was a day the "office" (music store downstairs) was closed but the communication was great and the check in went smoothly. The apartment faces a busy street so there was street noise. You can watch all the activity down below from the big windows. The bedroom doesn't have a window but it was cozy and the bed was comfy. The Arts District is an up and coming area so there are lots of restaurants and eclectic shops, however it still has some derelict spots. Overall it's cool and interesting area. Definitely recommend this rental.
