Loud banging and drilling for 1 complete week of our stay forced us to leave the unit daily. Arrived at unit to find cashew nuts in living room. Living room needs better lighting.Both bathrooms need upgrades. I have booked another unit thru VRBO for next year. Some financial compensation for the construction issue would be appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything, yet peaceful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room to relax, and everything felt convenient and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Amazing property with amazing views!

Ken and Ellen are wonderful hosts. They were very responsive with the booking and helpful with questions during our stay. The property is gorgeous and very clean. The view was outstanding, and directly overlooking the beach. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Great stay and location!

The property was a perfect location right on the quiet beach and was well stocked. Our family greatly appreciated all of the beach and pool toys, chairs and cooler already stocked in the condo! The check in was easy, the owners were very responsive and the guests/residents we met during our stay were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family winter escape

Perfect spot for a family vacation. Beautiful view from the unit no matter what the weather. Quiet area with quick access to stores, restaurants and other attractions. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

The property was perfect, and the view from the balcony was well worth it especially when we had a clear night to see some great sunsets. The place had everything we needed and was nicely decorated with comfy beds for a good night’s sleep. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Our condo was in great condition, the view was breathtaking, and the beach was not crowded and very enjoyable. The deck area was perfect! We also saw dolphins every morning which was a highlight of our trip. We do plan to visit again in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend the week with our family!

This condo was perfect for our family's visit to FL. The views were stunning. We had all the space we needed, it was easy to find and centrally located between St Pete's and Clearwater. We would come back here again if we are ever in the area!

We met online (Yes there are success stories!!) which was a miracle because my husband was from a very small town in Illinois about an hour from me and we never would have met without technology!
We are now empty nesters. We love to travel, golf, and be in the sun! We love the Midwest too but do not care much for winter. Like most people, we love the Sunshine State and a few years ago made it our home!
We have 3 children together and they are all very successful and happy young people that we are very proud of. We now have one grandchild.
We bought this property and updated it to our taste and hope to share that with you!

My husband has been coming to this area for 30 years and many times since we have been together in the past 13 years. We absolutely love the Florida Gulf beaches and this area. There is so much to see and do and it is home!
We decided to buy a condo and looked at 16 condos in one day! We bought this one because it had everything we were looking for…The most fabulous views of the water and beach in all directions, an open large feel for our entire family to visit, and the most sought after resort style building complex! It needed some interior changes which I was more than happy to do since I got to buy all new! So you get the benefit of that also!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Views, Views and more Views…Walkout from the living room or your Master suite to a 21 X 8 balcony…There are only a handful of condos at Beach Cottages that are on the FRONT row. This is one of them! This condo has updates that most condos simply do not have. Newer beds, furniture, decor, technology, and everything!!!
The complex is highly sought after and has a geothermal heated salt water pool and hot tub!! The location is perfect and close to all of my favorite restaurants….It's just fabulous and we can't wait to go back to it!
