Crystal Beach Cottage located in the prime area of Destin! A must rent.
BEACH 1.5 block Walk 1.5 block and be at the center of it all!! GORGEOUS BEACH, RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BARS, GROCERY STORES, BOWLING MOVIES, MALL, AVOID THE DESTIN TRAFFIC.

PRIVATE POOL-: The home has one of the BIGGEST and DEEPEST pool in the neighborhood 12.5 x 28 feet and approx 8 feet deep! The pool has a walking ledge that goes around the deep end, a nice feature. It also has 4 seats that are in the pool where you can sit and relax with a cold drink.The pool is private and is surrounded by palm trees. Heated pool option is available.

TV/PATIO- Large covered patio with plenty of seating, eating and BBQ. It’s just off the pool. It has a 55” TV outside. A great family gathering. You can enjoy plenty of shade in the afternoon and plenty of sun early in the morning for sun bathers

ACTIVITIES - Gorgeous Destin Commons Mall, Movies, fast food and fine dining restaurants, bank, bars, bike and jogging path, and office depot. Outlets, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, pontoon rentals are BLOCKS away.

LIFE GUARD- there is a life guard stand just off the entrance to the beach. Feel safe with the life guards who are at the beach from 9-6pm.

WRAP AROUND COVERED DECK- Hang out on the deck for that early morning shade, plenty of seating and a great place to drink your coffee or get out of the rain. 4 doors in the house leads you to the covered deck.
Golf cart is in working
Order and maintained. However in the event it has maintenance issue there is no reimbursement or replacement. Golf cart is an included in rental as a gift. Home is approximately 2300 square feet, open floor plan.

Water pressure for upstairs could have been better. We cooked a lot which made the downstairs very warm. The thermostat was controlled by the owner and stayed at 74 degrees, but not in the kitchen/dining room area. The pool was great! Golf cart was a plus.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a great time! The check-in process was simple and seamless. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including a well-appointed kitchen with everything necessary to cook a few meals during our stay. We loved the proximity to the beach, and to shopping, and the golf cart was extremely handy. Our favorite feature of the house was the lovely outdoor living room.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for what we needed. We were happy to have the golf cart to take to the beach and cruise around the neighborhood. We loved cooling off in the pool late afternoon. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio with a glass of wine. The location of the house is perfect too! Since you are closer to town, less time sitting in traffic when going out to dinner or exploring the town for activities. The owners were great and attentive. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. The upstairs was warmer than we prefer when we sleep so we did turn it down at night. We were with 2 of our grown kids(40&32) and 1 teenager(16). I loved the king mattress but the kids said their mattresses made them roll to the center all night. That was the only downside but over all we loved it and we would stay here again.

Walk to the beach!

The house was exactly what we needed! We wanted a few days at the beach with 2 moms and 8 boys. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, the living room couch was so comfortable and lent itself to gather everyone together to play games. The kitchen was easy to use and had plenty of pots, pans, glasses, silverware to feed the hungry boys. The pool with the turf around it was perfect and outside area had flexible seating and lots of space to unwind and enjoy after the beach. Lydia and Murray were excellent hosts!

Destin home away from home!

My family and I enjoyed Lydia’s place so much! It literally felt like we were home. The pool was great and the perfect size for my family. The kids stayed in it daily during our stay lol it’s great to know that this home was their family home where they raised their 3 sons. There was more than enough space for us and bathrooms and super close to the beach access. It’s walking distance but the golf cart was a great addition. Lydia was helpful in making sure we felt welcomed and knew the ins and outs of Destin. Communication was top tier. Any questions we had were answered/addressed promptly. We would love to come back maybe during the summer! Thanks again

Spring Break 2025

The property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay went great! The kids absolutely loved the pool and the location was perfect a short walk from the beach and a short drive to the popular attractions in Destin!

Great Place loved golf cart

Overall easy check in and loved house, was comfortable and very homey. Only complaint would be that there were some bugs in house but that happens every now and then.

Fall break getaway

We've been coming to Destin for about 10 years for fall break with the grandkids. This house was perfect for our group of 7 this year. Great week

We had a fantastic stay! My family of 5 met friends (another family of 5) we don’t see often and had a great time. The golf cart was perfect to get to the beach and the pool was great to cool off. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect house for the 11 of us that spent the weekend. The covered porch was great for hanging out in the shade, the pool was very clean, and the front yard is perfect for cornhole. The 6 seater golf cart made transportation/parking at the beach a breeze. Comfortable beds and plenty of parking. Great place to stay!

Last minute getaway

This was very last minute after cancelling my birthday trip to Jamaica. I was shocked to find such a beautiful property so close to the 4th. House was very clean and the amenities were great. Especially the pool. We didn’t need to buy anything. Property is right around the corner from everything. Lydia was very responsive and accommodating. I’m hoping we make this an annual trip moving forward - and will definitely stay more than two nights in the future.

We are a family of five. My husband a Soldier for the U.S. Navy, three boys ages 16, 14 and 11 and a myself a housewife. We love the city of Destin and the 'K Sea's' home. We got transferred here two years ago and we are sad to leave this small town full of happy tourist and the best beaches. We are being transferred again to Virginia Beach. We plan on coming back after we retire from the military and meanwhile we have to rent the home. We hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we do. Thank you for supporting us in renting out our home. We appreciate your business!

Why the Owner Chose Crystal Beach: We purchased a home here because we love 'Crystal Beach', and the SAFE neighborhood. We especially enjoy the home is 'walking distance to shopping and dining. The house has the biggest Deepest pool In our neighborhood

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Being in the military we have traveled so much. We have seen many beaches, but nothing beats Crystal beach. I enjoy driving the golf cart down the block and getting to the beach, I enjoy walking around the corner to O'Quigiles and getting a beer and watch the latest game. I enjoy the drinking a glass of wine on the porch and listen to the 22 palm trees at the 'K Sea's' home.
