This is primarily our own vacation home. We make it available when we aren't there. We love the mountain views, the open floor plan, private backyard with pool. We love to entertain small groups of friends when we stay. We decorated it in bright, fun colors to create a relaxing, casual environment. It's 3 miles from the heart of downtown PS, two blocks from Demuth Park, 1 mile from the airport. In a quiet, friendly neighborhood with many long-time owners. Completely remodeled when we purchased it, with continuous upgrades and improvements each year. We take great pride in the house because it is our second home. It has s casual and comfortable to enhance a relaxing stay. We want guests to enjoy themselves while staying at the home. We love its close proximity to everything, the friendly neighborhood, and everything else about the place.

There is a shade-covered patio off of the kitchen/dining area. There are a washer and dryer in the garage. Patio furniture and a gas BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and some pantry supplies. The pool can be heated for an additional charge for each day heated (It is rarely necessary to heat the pool).

We strive for 5-star approvals, and we want guests to have a great experience. We believe that if we are honest and treat people with respect, that they will reciprocate.

Almost all of the people to whom we have rented have been great. They took care of the house and let us know if there were any issues. There have been a couple of disappointments, but we see the glass half-full. We love being able to share our home so that other people can enjoy the wonders of Palm Springs, too.
