The Space
Freshly renovated luxury: Our recently remodeled villa combines modern furnishings and delightful decor with all the comforts of home. The entire space has been beautifully updated with fresh interior and exterior paint, plush carpeting, stylish furnishings, brand-new bedding, and tasteful artwork. The kitchen and all three bathrooms feature sleek quartz countertops, updated sinks and faucets, and modern hardware. The pool and spa have been newly tiled and resurfaced, creating a pristine and inviting setting for relaxation.
Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, the villa includes four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two master suites each feature a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms include a queen bed and two twin beds with a shared full bath. Fresh linens, towels, and starter essentials are provided. A well-stocked kitchen including Keurig coffee maker and Ninja blender. A dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

Entertainment
Stay connected and entertained with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen Smart TV with cable and streaming options, while the main living area features a large 65-inch 4K UHD Smart TV. The master suite includes a large 55-inch TV. The resort clubhouse offers a wide range of activities for guests of all ages, ensuring endless entertainment options.

Outdoor Living
Step from the living room into your private screened-in patio, complete with a sparkling pool and relaxing spa that can be heated upon request. Relax and enjoy your time outdoors with three sun loungers and a six-seat patio set.
We also cater to families with babies and toddlers by providing two portable cribs, a highchair, and bed rails, Safety is a priority with a removable child safety fence in place for your peace of mind.

The Resort
Windsor Palms Resort is a tropical haven known for its resort-style amenities and beautifully maintained grounds. A lush oasis with a private driveway lined by majestic palm trees leading to the secure gatehouse and impressive clubhouse, which features a junior Olympic-sized pool, relaxing hot tub, and lively Tiki bar.
Guests enjoy full access to the resort’s amenities include a year-round heated pool and spa, children’s splash pad, playground, fitness center, picnic and BBQ areas, business facilities, convenience store, and private movie theater. Indoor games such as arcade machines, pool and ping pong tables add extra fun, while outdoor recreation includes lighted tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts.

Additional Information
This is a self-service home. It will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. The villa is stocked with cookware, towels, bedding, and starter supplies including toilet paper, bar soap, dish soap, and garbage bags. Please note that food items, condiments, and toiletries are not provided for safety reasons.
Pool cleaning is scheduled weekly, but you may need to skim the surface between visits. Pool heating is available at $35 per day for those who prefer a heated private pool to 85 degree and spa to103 degree. Please inform us in advance.
