Be Our Guest at 'Villa Mickey', the perfect villa located on the FABULOUS Resort-Style 24-hour gated community of Windsor Palms. This 5-star resort is just off Highway 192, less than 4 miles from the gates of Disney.

Our spacious, air-conditioned 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is set in a quiet, private location. We offer a private pool and separately heated hot tub, cable TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and laundry facilities. Villa Mickey has all the amenities for a perfect get-away.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, ample drawer space and a walk-in closet with floor mounted safe. The ensuite bathroom comes complete with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity, separate toilet area with entrance to pool and hot tub.

The 2nd bedroom also has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, ample drawer space, and ensuite facilities including large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

Bedroom 3 has two twin beds with brand new colorful linens and comforters, and is decorated in a Mickey and Friends theme. It includes a cable TV and dresser.

Bedroom 4 offers two twin beds and includes cable TV and dresser.

The villa has been carefully and tastefully decorated. The Living-room has a new 65” Smart UHD LED TV with a PS4 (Blue ray DVD player/game console). A selection of DVDs and CDs are also available for your enjoyment. We also have desk & chair work station, and FREE Wireless High-Speed internet.

The fully equipped kitchen area has all the amenities you need, including microwave, stove, fridge, ice-maker, dishwasher, blender, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, and cooking utensils. We have two nicely furnished dining areas for your convenience - a breakfast area overlooking the pool and a more formal dining table. A separate utility room, just off the kitchen, is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The villa is equipped with baby-friendly equipment for our guests to make use of, including: 2 travel cribs (1 has a change-table built-on), 2 strollers, a high-chair, electrical outlet safety plugs, door knob covers, and a small plate/cup set.

We also have a newly equipped games room featuring a top quality Foosball table, table tennis, iPod compatible CD player and a kids play area.

Guests renting our home get FREE unlimited use of all the on-site facilities. These include: a luxurious air conditioned Clubhouse, a fitness center with flat screened TVs, a large heated community pool with sun deck and hot tub, toddler’s wading pool and play area, private 58-person movie theater, games room including pool tables and video arcade, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball, picnic and BBQ area and an on-site sundry shop offering bike rentals. What a great opportunity to enjoy time with your family and have lots of fun!

Pool heating is turned on from November to April and included in the rates. If guests would like to have pool heating between May to October this is optional and for a cost of $20/day. Let us know at time of reservation if you would like pool heating added to your stay.

Our Property management company is local and manages many villas in the area. They are friendly, helpful, and reachable 24/7 to enhance your vacation.

Please note that for everyone’s benefit, we have designated this as a non-smoking villa. Sorry, no pets allowed.
