*****HOUSE RULES*****
CHECK-OUT
• Check-out time enforced. Late fee: $50 per 30 mins after.

NO SMOKING
• No smoking/vaping indoors ($250 fine).
• Smoking allowed outdoors only.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
• No parties or events allowed (city ordinance enforced).

NO PETS
• No pets allowed.

QUIET HOURS
• Please be considerate of neighbors. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (city ordinance enforced).

GUEST LIMIT
• Maximum 7 guests total — this includes infants and children. No unregistered guests allowed (city ordinance enforced).
• Fines will apply if the limit is exceeded.

PARKING
• Park in designated areas only. Do not block driveways (city ordinance enforced).
• Garage accessible, but no parking inside.
• Limit: 3 vehicles, or 3 vehicles + 1 watercraft, or 2 vehicles + 2 watercrafts.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
• Must be 21+ to book, with valid ID matching reservation name.
• Reservation holder must be present during entire stay.

CITY ORDINANCES
• Guests are responsible for any violations or fines.
