There was no hot water in the sink in the kitchen, the arcade games didn’t function, all three beds were hard and uncomfortable, the jacuzzi could have been cleaned better, there was mold on the bathroom doors and pillows in the closets and the yard is an absolute wreck. Not impressed with this cabin worst one I’ve been to yet!

Great Spacious Cabin and Gorgeous Views!

The cabin was clean and spacious. The view of the creek and the mountains were amazing! Will definitely stay there again!

90's mom kitsch at it's finest! The whole decor was giving off 90's mom vibes and I was loving it! There was TONS of storage in the kitchen (which always seems to be a problem). Plenty of space to cook. The creek just steps away from the back door was great. My teenage son enjoyed the game room. It is far away from things, but we knew this beforehand because we looked at the map. Plenty of pretty places to drive to. There were some maintenance issues I spoke to management about and they said they planned on addressing them, so I hope they do! We enjoyed our stay.

Just what we needed!

We had such a great time! The sound of the river and the peaceful setting was amazing! Each night at sunset the mountain across the river lights up in red and it’s magical! We had all ages in our group and everyone was happy! Thanks for sharing!

Creek View Porch Excellent

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful cabin!! We explored Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge and traveled to Maryville for a visit with family friends. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. I gave our stay a 3 rating because the cabin could have been cleaner ( cobwebs everywhere) and we had a huge roach & ant problem. They sent a bug service out to spray but it didn't do any good. Other than that we had fun!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin actually has three bedrooms, not two. It is located in a densely populated area and surrounded by a shabby town. There are other cabins on either side and there isn’t much of a yard. You will have zero privacy. There are no hiking trails or places to jog nearby. The cabin was clean except for the mattresses and pillows. They were stained and looked worn out and dirty. The oven doesn’t work properly. The fire pit is nice except there is no seating around it.

Everything was good but couldn’t get refrigerator to dispense ice. After several attempts was able to push button on icemaker enough to remove ice bin to dump ice out of it Didn’t contact host since we weren’t gonna be there but a couple of more days. I’m in a wheelchair so was glad the doors were wide enough.

Found this place because our previous one stopped allowing dogs. Glad we did because it was almost perfect. The beds were a bit rough lol, but it is what it is :) The communication prior to was excellent, the check in was seamless, they touched base often to ensure my needs were met, place was as advertised and the check out was just as seamless. Would totally recommend.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did the hassle free check-in but never received our check in email. Upon arriving at Aunt Bugs office the staff seemed confused. We finally received check in information and directions to the cabin at which point the office staff said it would be a 20 minute drive. It ended up being a 50-60 minute drive from the Aunt Bugs office. (Not a great surprise)

Heavenly Creekside

Very nice cabin, truly creekside, easy access. I was disappointed the gas log f/p was not activated but I am sure this was due to the warm weather. Master bath had a damp musty odor. The commode was leaking and had been for a while judging from the iron rust stain on the floor. Towel ring was dangling from the wall. The shower was leaking as well. I think these 2 leaks were causing the musty odor. But still a great place to stay; just to be able to sit by the creek and relax was wonderful.

They were kind but if you want private this is not it, also a blind or something by the hottub would have been nice just to get a little more privacy.the cabin is very hard to find dont rely on gps! I had to call! Other than that it was fabulous!

The creek was amazing. The beds were very hard. The hall bathroom shower wouldn’t drain but they did send someone out that day to fix. The game room tv wouldn’t work. The handyman said it was missing a cable so didn’t fix that. It could of been more clean. Had good supply of towels. Every time I called they responded quickly. It is a long drive from both towns but the location is nice.

There's a pool table that was a lot of fun. My 9 year old son loved it and the stand up style video game. The view out back is beautiful with the stream flowing .we did fish but the water is flowing too fast and we didn't even see any fish but is beautiful and peaceful. There were a few ants on the counter and the skillets were worn out but other than that and remember this cabin is a whole 30 min from gatlinburg, the cabin was great!

The trees were fully developed, nicely landscaped and not at all what we expected. Well appointed cabin, clean and spacious. We loved opening the slider in the bedroom and listening to the creek early in the morning!It was a bit far from town, but well worth the trip. We enjoyed the privacy and solitude away from the tourist trappings of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Easy drive to and from the towns. The creek was beautiful. One of the best vacations our extended family has ever had. Plenty to see and do - needed two weeks! Highly recommend Heavenly Creekside.

My parents brought me to these mountains as a child with my grandparents. I have now returned with my grandchildren and I feel so close to nature and my lost loved ones here. Just the spirit of the family felt in the Smokies makes me feel rejuvenated and relaxed.
