The location of the property was perfect for all the things we had on our itinerary for the weekend. Check in process was very easy. My group enjoyed our stay. We had a large group and the listed number of beds didn’t accommodate the entire group comfortably nor was the property properly cleaned before check in. When we did have issues the communication with the property manager and host were swift and some accommodation were made so I do appreciate that!

We had a great stay. Both units fit our needs perfectly. It would’ve been nicer to be a little bit closer to Broadway, but with the car service it worked out great.

Country music festival

We truely enjoyed the stay at the house. We were a big group and it worked out great. More seating in the house would have been preferred but we made it work with 14people. The house didn’t have many bath towels so bring your own unless you want to do laundry. Having washer and dryer was key. The house is a bit further from broadway then we would have liked however, it was a great stay ! Very easy to communicate with the renter/property manager!

Old Friends reunion

The property was perfect for our six couples' reunion. It is close to downtown and near many good restaurants by Uber. The house is set up well for privacy and gathering. We had a great time in Nashville and at the house. A couple of suggestions: The couch in the unit's living room on the right could be replaced as you sink in way too far. The outside of the property did not seem well cared for, there were spiderwebs on the outside of the windows, that could be improved.

Plenty of space for family of 14, pros outweigh cons

My family - 14 people, 3 generations, ages from 9-78 - stayed for a week, June 16-21, 2024. Our pros outweigh the cons and we would stay here again. Pros: 1. plenty of space 2. large & comfortable bedrooms, w/ clothes storage & hangers in the closets 3. clean & updated bathrooms 4. open living/kitchen/dining area 5. great roof top deck 6. clean & relatively new appliances, including washer & dryer 7. coffee pot, toaster, knife block, iron & ironing board 8. backyards connect for easy back & forth 9. plenty of bathroom towels 10. great AC & ceiling fans in every room 11. parking for 4 cars 12. host is easy to contact & responsive 13. location is good, roughly 20 min. drive to everything 14. price was really good Cons: 1. only one side has a dining table, it seats 6 & there were 2 bar stools but both sides should have tables w/ chairs & at least 4 bar stools - the foosball table was fun but a dining table is more practical & there is space for both 2. there was not enough seating in the living areas on either side & there is room for more, one side can sleep 8 people but there is not enough seating for 8 3. there was only 1 kitchen hand towel on each side, we bought more & left them 4. pots/pans, plates, bowls, cups, glasses & utensils were very sparse on one side & random on the other - perhaps they've been taken from one side to the other & not returned 5. one side did not have pillow cases, only the pillow shams which most people use as decor, not actual sleeping

Perfect for Large Groups Attending Nashville Conferences!

A group from our church in South Carolina stayed here to attend a conference in Nashville. Both units are very spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. Erica was excellent at communicating and responded very quickly whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return with a large group!

Wonderful Stay for Our Family Vacation!

Our family of 16 stayed at this property for the weekend, and it was perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating everyone. The location was excellent, just a few minutes away from downtown via Uber. We especially enjoyed spending time on the rooftop deck. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

NOT CLEAN, UNSAFE NEIGBORHOOD

If we could give this location 0 stars, we would have to. Our company rented this location to house our sales team for a global sales conference. On their drive, they immediately felt unsafe as they passed buildings and homes with bars on the windows, sounds of fighting and more. They hoped that the home would at least live up to the expectation set by the photos, however, they were sadly disappointed. The photos feature a beautiful newly renovated home - which is NOT the case. This house was FILTHY, The walls were scuffed, stairs covered in some type of dirty film, bugs and what appears to be mouse droppings in the hallway. There were only throw pillows on most of the beds, along with some beds having no pillows. One of the toilet seats was FOAM and ripped in multiple places. The bathtub was covered in a dirty film as well. Our sales team had to be relocated to another hotel and were only in the home for a total of 40 minutes before they all left. When we contacted the host to let them know about the condition of the home, we were told that the bugs are likely cicadas - not the case and that the housekeeper determined my team used the home, took showers, ironed, used the beds, and so on. When we explained that all they did was pull back the beds to look for MORE bugs, washed their hands after using the bathrooms, and searched for an ironing board, we were still told that my team voluntarily left, and basically our reasoning was not valid. Absolutely absurd.

Very roomy

Overall stay was great. We did run out of paper towels. There was only 1/2 roll if that on each paper towel stand. There were 18 guest, we also ran out of toilet paper. Only one extra roll in each bathroom. The beds could use and up grade, not comfortable at all.

Girls birthday trip

Clean, not enough seating for amount of people that can stay, need a dining table in other house, would be nice to be able to access rooftop decks without going back downstairs or climbing over divider. We ran out of toilet paper, had no gas in fire pit, kitchen utensils, dishes etc were pretty limited. I think it’s an exaggeration to say you could sleep 24 ..

Great spot for large group

The two adjoining buildings were pretty ideal for a group. The two rooftops and the foosball table in one living room vs dining table in another made for great hangout spaces. Great Wi-Fi and room to squeeze 4 or 5 cars out front, if needed.

Everyone had a nice time, I would recommend removing the foosball table, we had no table just a Island my friends got there before us, we had 14 of us, they chose the side for us oldest, and were un packed when we got there, VRBO worked good for what we needed, but the couch needs to be replaced, a a fresh coat of part would help, we only slept, and showered so overall it was just fine also UBERs and Shuttles are not expensive from there.

Great Property for Large Groups

We loved the house and having Queen beds in almost every room as we were all couples. Having 2 sides gave us extra space and kept the chaos down. The rooftops were wonderful and we spent time up there every day. The only recommendation I would have is to provide more towels and a little touch up paint in areas. Also, spruce it up with a little decor to make it more inviting! Overall though, we LOVED the house and will return and recommend to friends in the future!

Nice, but could be better with some small improvements!

Clean and modern with good communication with the property manager. Unfortunately, the mattresses were terrible across the board. We rented both sides of the house and every person complained about the mattresses and pillows. Additionally, the kitchen supplies were sparse - only one pan, pot and baking sheet. Otherwise the location and accommodations were fine.

We stayed at this property for my daughters bachelorette party. It’s a very nice and clean property. 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Bachelor party pad

Rented with a group of 11 for a bachelor party trip and it was great for us. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, but the house itself was great and somewhat secluded and only a quick 10 min drive to get downtown. Tons of beds/space on both sides of the house and the roof was a great spot for party games and grilling out.

Nice Property

Great location, close to broadway and there are close breakfast places to eat at in the morning. Large enough to accommodate our entire group. Had a cool rooftop. The owner was very accommodating and had excellent communication.

Company Retreat

Very conveniently located, clean with great space for our first company retreat. We had 11 people in our group and it was very comfortable with open spaces that allowed us to hold meetings before hitting the town. The host was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. Definitely would recommend for groups and families!!
