The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining, table, half bath and family room with large TV. A great place to unwind and relax after a full day with with beautiful bay views from main level screened in lanai. The Villa is also fully equipped with Wifi. The entry level to the Villa is a bonus living space with a queen size sofa bed, desk, TV, and full bath. This area is a great space to use as an office, 3rd bedroom, or extra TV area. A washer and dryer are also available on this level. The pool is just a couple steps out the door. The courtyard is also equipped with a large gas grill for those nights you just feel like staying.
