Water Front Iconic East Hampton Beach House

This is a special, newly renovated home. modeled as an iconic New England contemporary beach home. No expense was spared. Home offers expansive views and direct access to Three Mile Harbor. Home is located on a quiet street yet Sammy's beach is a 5 min walk from the home. The towns of East Hampton and Sag Harbor are short drives away. Home faces East and gets great light and sun rises.

Upstairs and downstairs great rooms. Outdoors dining (seats 10) and indoor (seats 12). Home can accommodate large groups. Home has upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms each with their private bathroom. Bathrooms have custom steam showers, heated floors, bluetooth built in speakers, rain fall showers, hot tubs, and private separate toilet area. Upstairs has a 3rd floor bonus room with an over size L-shaped couch that can comfortably sleep 2.
The 2 car garage has an indoor/outdoor ping pong table, a kayak, 2 new electrical bikes for guest use, lower level gym with 1 rower, and 2 spinning bikes. There is a trampoline in the back yard that can be put away on request or left where is. The pool is a salt water heated pool (extra charge for oil), there is a wood burning and an outdoor shower in the backyard along with a diving board and a water slide. There is a large 8 person hot tub as well. An outdoor volleyball net can be set up on the large front lawn upon request. There are other water toys on site as well.
All the basics will be supplied including bed sheets, towels, basic cooking supplies, bathroom supplies, etc any special requests please let me know. Spring water is also provided and on site with a water cooler.
Home is a smart home with updates and new amenities. The fastest internet available for the area is provided. 4G Apple TV is provided. There is a flat screen TV in most of the bedroom and in the basement and upstairs and downstairs great rooms. There is a basic computer with basic interest access also available for guest use.
Home has 2 gas BBQs and fire burning smoker in the back yard.
Plenty of fireworks nearby in the summer ! Esp the July 13th Great Bonac Fire Work show which can be seen from the front lawn and decks of the home (best view on the Harbor!) also July 4 Montauk Beach has a show, July 6 is one in Sag Harbor, and Aug 17 is the one at the Main Beach in East Hampton (any questions please ask!)
