Within a short 3 block walk from your condominium door lies the widest, most beautiful, white sand area on Fort Myers Beach.

Lovers Key State Park (which offers a lovely sand beach, kayaking, canoeing, hiking trails, and an abundance of wildlife) is just 3 miles down the road to the south and is accessible by beach trolley, bike, or car.

This comfortable, spacious, nicely furnished, non-smoking unit has a remarkable view. It also offers a primary bedroom suite with a king-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds (which can easily be converted to a king-size bed), 3 TVs, and 2 DVDs, and WIFI. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and the complex has a large heated pool, fishing docks, barbecue grills, and more.

Please note.... A TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED and no pets are allowed due to condo association rules. This condo is registered with the Town of Fort Myers Beach, license number 20-0018. Also the Bay Village Condo Complex is still considered an active construction site due to the 3 most recent hurricanes. As such you will be asked to sign an association waiver acknowledging that you are aware of the situation. Our unit is completely fine but there is no working elevator and there are no tennis/pickle ball courts available, there still are construction vehicles and material at some of the blds, etc.
