This property exceeded our expectations. There is so much space and the layout is perfect for a family to reconnect and relax together. Great finishes, too! The stadium is 100 yards away and our son’s GT dorm was nextdoor.

Great Location

Great place. Nice touches and lots of space. Lot's of stairs so if that's an issue for people, this place isn't for you. It wasn't for us, so it was great.

Great Location. Great place!

My two co-workers and I stayed here for a convention at the Georgia World Congress Center and we couldn't have been more pleased with the house, the location, and with the amenities of this rental. Clean place, modern, nicely stocked with snacks, drinks, and toiletries. Distance to the convention center and everything else in downtown Atlanta was perfect. Great communication with the owner as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful townhouse in a perfect location

This townhouse was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location is a few minutes walk from all of the downtown attractions (Coke world, Olympic Park, the Ferris Wheel, the stadiums, the Civil Rights museum, etc.). My teenagers were so impressed with the house that they wanted to stay in more than going out! The location felt very safe and there was space in the attached garage for our car. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient.

My sisters and I stayed here for 2 nights (i wish it was longer) and it felt like home. The place was BEAUTIFUL, Clean and Comfortable. It’s close to a lot of stores and didn’t have to go on the busy highways . We arrived , 8 am and I reached out to Teresa and she allowed me to check in early . I’d definitely reserve again.

Heart of Atlanta

Great location and that it has a parking spot. Bit tricky to find initially but a secondary road name helped. Quite a few stairs in property from garage to bedrooms which we missed in description. Lots of lovely extras in property - drinks, condiments, snacks, dishwasher & washing machine tablets, toiletries etc which was a lovely surprise. Really comfy sofas & beds, lovely setting inside property.

Nice place, poor arrival communication.

The accommodations were as described and photographed, but I did not receive a confirmation email with arrival instructions, and upon arrival, it took nearly 1.5 hours to get in contact with an associate of the owner. From that point forward, it was a smooth and pleasant stay.

Great place to stay

Good communication with owner. Very clean, very spacious. Wonderful place to stay. Short 15-20 minute walk to the Mercedes Arena. Everything in the house was very nice. Would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. It is right next to Georgia Tech University, but yet the area was still very quiet. Awesome stay.

Beautiful condo in wonderful location

Owner was wonderful with flexibility accomodating our arrival and departure. The condo is absolutely beautiful.Towels and linens were in great condition. We walked to Aquarium, Civil Rights Museum and Coca Cola Museum. We used Uber to go to Shakespeare Theater and interesting restaurants. The only concern was that older people might have a problem with steps. This is a three story condo--all of us are in our seventies--but we needed the exercise!

Excellent location, comfortable and spacious

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of space for us all and the beds were comfortable. The check in process is a little confusing but the directions were thorough. We were even able to bring an extra car and check in early which was much appreciated. We walked everywhere and the location felt safe and was an easy distance from so much. We left an item behind and the owners mailed it to us immediately which was so kind. It was a wonderful place even prettier in person! We will be back!

2nd stay - still a charm!

This review is our 2nd. We really like this property: Location, quiet, comfy, clean, functional kitchen and WIFI. Atlanta is great place to visit - 20min in any direction is great hiking (see the Doll park! Go along the River! so many choices!). And of course, Georgia Tech is right next door.

Family Gathering for GaTech Graduation

The property was quite spacious for the six people in my family, three blocks from Bobby Dodd Stadium, private garage for a car and able to park an extra car in the street nearby, nicely decorated and the surrounding neighborhood seemed safe.

Family Visit to Atlanta

The luxury townhouse was as advertized for our family of five. It was convenient to Mercedes Benz stadium to catch the football game, and for vsisiting Centenial Park attractions. Very comfortabkle with room to spread out.

Wow location; Wow property

The property physically was even better than described, and very upscale inside. Was beautiful and quiet and very functional. Kitchen had everything you could want - including nice selection of KCUPs ;-) Was quiet. And location is perfect if you are there for Georgia Tech - no car needed. We had car because we wanted to take son shopping and go visit different places (Meadery!!) Atlanta has so much to do, eat, and drink. The beds were SO comfortable - which you will need after a day of walking and playing in Atlanta. I like clean roomy bathrooms - need met! I like nice TV to watch while cooking - need met. I like good quality WIFI - need met! While curtains are private - they still don't block out all the light. while quiet (no ear plugs needed) - I needed to wear eye mask. The process of getting keys/access was unique (we do VRBO a lot). Ultimately, we had all the information we needed, but was a little unnerving because owner has unique process. Worked out just fine in the end though.

Just what we were expecting

As the title suggest the property was just as we expected. The descriptions are accurate and was a great location for our extended weekend stay. We were within walking distance of downtown including the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, Centennial Olympic Park. If you are planning on attending a Georgia Tech game this is where you want to stay as you are less than a block away from Bobby Dodd stadium. Also you are just a few minutes from the Varsity so even though you have a full kitchen you may want to plan a meal (or two) at the Varsity. If you are looking to travel further than downtown the North avenue Marta station is just minutes away opening up a large world of possibilities. Parking at the property is a huge plus! We moved the car twice to go shopping and then to visit the F.R.I.E.N.D.S experience and it was very nice to be able to pull back to a secure reserved spot. The location of the property was in a safe neighborhood. Even when walking back from downtown late at night we did not feel unsafe at any time. Of course use common sense such as not walking alone, being aware of your surroundings, etc. as this is still a large city and unfortunately crime does happen. We will definitely be looking to book this property again the next time we are in Atlanta.

Thanksgiving.

This property worked out perfectly for my family! The only downside was the fireplace didn’t work and the weather was perfect for one! However, this townhome is perfect for a large family and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner!

Great location, Great place

This property was located right near the Georgia Tech university and within walking distance from the World of Coca-Cola and the Aquarium. We stayed here because of a trade show at the Georgia Congress Centre with was also within a 20-25 min walk. The house has plenty of space and was very comfortable.
