The most coveted view in Telluride is yours during your stay at Riverside B103. This beautiful second story condo is close to all that Telluride has to offer. The Bear Creek Trail is literally out your door, the Town of Telluride Park is a short walk along the San Miguel River Trail, Main Street is two blocks to the north, and the Gondola/Lift 8 base area is a short walk to the west.

The condo is all on one level with the great room facing the jaw dropping views of Ajax and the end of the Telluride Valley to the east. The kitchen has update stainless appliances. There is plenty of room for the whole family to gather in the main living room. The fireplace adds a nice touch of coziness. The master suite has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The complex has a hot tub along the San Miguel River. This is the perfect setting for your Telluride vacation!

Riverside at Telluride

We love the property and the location. Will be back again. Getting to and from restaurants and stores is an easy walk. Getting to the oak street double and gondola is a bit of a workout with skis but easily manageable. Always feels like home. We love the unit and the town.

Great property, short walk to the Gondola.

Great condo just a few blocks from the gondola and most restaurants in Telluride. It’s nice being on second floor with no stairs. Exactly as advertised.

Perfect Location

The view from the deck is worth the cost of the stay. Grocery store, liquor store, brew pub and restaurants just a few blocks away. Perfect location for Telluride - part in town, part in country. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Would stay here again.

Riverside Condo

The condo is well located with an amazing view from the deck. The kitchen is well stocked and the updated bathrooms are a nice feature. Only complaints are that the condo was not cleaned well - dirty floors and lots of cobwebs everywhere in the unit. The carpet really needs to be replaced, it was very dirty, dusty, and overall not pleasant to walk on and I didn't like my young kids laying on it when playing.

Great location for summer!

This was a perfect spot for our family for a few days in Telluride during the summer. Easy access to Gondola and downtown. View from balcony over looking pond with mountains in distance was great.

Not too good to be true!

The Location is very close to the center of Telluride. Restaurants everywhere. But off the main road enough to be super quiet and very cozy. The view from the balcony is amazing. The property is in good condition.

Great location for festivals!

This condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults heading to Bluegrass! The location is perfect, quite and next to Bear Creek Trail, Beaver Pond and the only property on the other side of the San Miguel River. The bathrooms were just updated and although the rest could use it it was still perfect and full of all of the conveniences one needs to have a perfect vacation! The neighbors are wonderful, as well. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The location is very good for skiing and being close to town and the gondola. The property is in need of sprucing up. No pantry space in the kitchen and tiles on the wall in the bathtub/shower are close to coming off the walls. The pullout sofa bed was not in good shape.

Great location, homey apartment

We loved it. New kitchen , heating system works perfectly, up to date TV entertainment system... most importantly great location 5 min ski to gondola. Highly recommended.

Happy in Telluride

Beautiful views, great bird watching and close to trails. This accommodation was close to town but very quiet and peaceful. Nice to be able to walk along the river, to the gondola and shops.

Great location and very comfortable unit.

We had a fantastic trip! Was our first time in Telluride and had some great skiing and fun times in town. Found many great restaurants and the folks were very friendly. Only a short walk to the gondola lift and the town. Never needed our car after we got their. Highly recommend this unit!

Great value - Great service - Good view

Lee and her team at Accomodations in Telliride were top notch. Always available to answer questions and solve what few problems we had. One slight negative was that the view, which was good, was not as good as the units to the left because of a large evergreen tree in the middle of our living room and bedroom window. But the unit is priced right considering this..and its age- which is to say, it’s a bit dated. If high end luxury and totally unobstructed views is what you’re looking for, this is not the unit for you. But if you’re looking for tremendous value, cozy, rustic ambiance and great service from the property manager, this unit is hard to beat.

Great Location and Views

This is an end unit and has a great view from the living area and master and even the second bedroom looks into the forest. Very comfortable and seems to have everything we needed. It is a couple blocks from Colorado street but on the edge of development so very quiet.

Clean, convenient, but dated!

The property was very clean, very convenient to the gondola, and spacious enough for 2 couples. Code access to condo was easy. The instructions we received were concise and simple. Only drawbacks..... The unit was very dated, the gas fireplace did not work (we left message but never received any effort to call us back), and the unit was drafty around the door leading from den to balcony. Overall, this unit was a pretty good value and we would recommend using the rental service and the unit.

Amazing location, comfortable condo

Just a 3 minute walk to the lift, and 5 minutes into town. Comfortable condo with a great view of the river. Loved coming back from a long day of skiing to find a warm fireplace and hot tub.
